NO MONEY! NO TICKET! DEADLINE IS JUNE 1st.!!!!!!! 'The Bricks' is actually the fourth generation of '3 Bricks Shy'. Individually we have both been performing since the late 70's as solo artists in various duo, trio, and band configurations. In 1999, ‘3 Bricks Shy’ was launched, and it wasn't until Sam joined the band in 2000 things started to take off. ‘3 Bricks Shy’, which included Tim, Sam, and bassist Randy Miller, gained popularity as a result of the song selection, solid instrumental work, and really sweet three part harmony vocals. We had the pleasure and privilege of opening for local recording artists The Poverty Neck Hillbillies, and National acts such as The Marshall Tucker Band and Dave Mason. We also shared the stage with Pure Prairie League and Hootie and the Blow Fish. We performed all around the Laurel Highlands/Westmoreland County area until December 2007 when ‘3 Bricks Shy’ said farewell. In the Late Spring of 2008 Tim and Sam reunited to form The Bricks That moment re-ignited the fire of making music. And the rest, as they say, is history.
