Shrimp Fra Diavolo
1 Lb of Pasta
4 ounces olive oil
** 4 ounces White wine or Subsitiute with
4 ounces Chicken Stock
1 teaspoon Chopped Garlic
5 or 6 Fresh Basil Leafs
1 tablespoon Fresh Chopped Parsley
10-12 jumbo shrimp
26 ounce's Vito Marcello's Fra Diavolo sauce or
The Mild Version use Vito Marcello's Marinara Sauce
Step One
Heat the Pan to medium high heat..!
Dust Shrimp with Flour, Salt, and Pepper to taste
Add oil to Pan then the Shrimp as soon as you see the
shrimp golden brown turn..the Add Garlic..
Wait until the garlic is light gold in color then add your
White wine or stock and deglaze the pan..
Add Parsley & Basil simmer for a minute.
Add Chef Vito's Marcello's Fra Diavolo Sauce and serve
over your favorite pasta or Rice....
For an Extra hot Sauce add the Peppers
