Lifeline Linkup L ifeline is a government program that offers qualified low income households a discount on their monthly local telephone/ cellular bill. Each state has its own guidelines to qualify. The application and qualification process differs by state and sometimes by individual phone company. Supplemental Security Income (SSI) National School Lunch (free program only) Temporary Assistance for Needy Families How much can I save? Program Administered Federally or by the State Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance Tribally Administered TANF Head Start (income qualifying / residents of Tribal Lands only) You will pay $1.00 on your basic monthly bill. These benefits apply to your local telephone/ cellular service charges that you purchase local service (dial tone). These benefits will also cover your subscriber line charge. Owners First Program Scholarship Deadline A T friendly reminder for college bound students – the deadline for applying for the Zonna Lie-Ito OTZ Scholarship is the first Friday of June. OTZ awards current members (or their descendants) four scholarships each year. The awards are $750 for part-time students and $1,500 for fulltime students.
