Congregational Meeting

Thank you to all of our members who
participated in the congregational
meeting on Sunday April 3rd to nominate our 2016/2017 board of directors.
The congregational meeting to elect
officers and members of the board of
directors will be held on Sunday May
1st, starting about a half hour before
mincha (at approximately 7:10 pm).
The time of the meeting, initially set
for 10:00 am, was changed based on
comments from our members. Only
full shul members may vote at this
meeting. Please see below for a list of
the nominees. For more information
on the nominations or the election
process, speak with nominating committee chair Harry Glazer or send him

YIEB Yom Hashoah Program
The Young Israel of East Brunswick’s
“Yom Hashoah Program” will be held
at 7:30 p.m. on May 5, 2016. The program will include a candle lighting to
honor victims and survivors and feature speeches by two Holocaust survivors: Rachel Sambul, a Polish Jew
who fled with her family to Russia
and endured horrific conditions in

The Gemach houses a wide selection
of gowns for children, pre-teen, teens

still looking for donation of gowns in
very good condition. Tax deduction is
given and pick up of the gowns can
