The holiday season is coming up fast, and everyone needs holiday gift ideas, some fun girlfriend time, a job they look forward to, and a little extra cash. As of August 2014, here are the latest credit card debt statistics from the Federal Reserve: The average credit card debt is $15,480; average mortgage debt: $156,474; the average student loan debt: $33,424.
