On Alia Bhatt’s Wishlist, a Film With This Director A ctress Alia Bhatt said that she is keen to work with veteran director Mani Ratnam. “My dad (Mahesh Bhatt) keeps pushing me to watch regional films. He had said that I should definitely do Bengali films. I’ve always wanted to work with Mani Ratnam, so maybe I’ll go down south and work with Mani sir,” Alia said when asked if she intended to try her hand at regional cinema. Earlier media reports mentioned that Mani Ratnam’s Tamil film O Kadhal Kanmani was to have Alia in the lead opposite Dulquer Salman. Alia and her Kapoor and Sons co-star Fawad Khan were in the city to unveil a Filmfare magazine cover, featuring Alia seated on a sofa in a long-flowing gown with an interesting hairstyle, while Fawad is seated on the top of the sofa. Katrina Kaif Hunts For A New House With Salman Khan’s Manager In Town Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif’s alleged break-up has been the talk of tinseltown for the last few months. The actor was the first to move out of their sea-facing Silver Sands apartments, and reportedly shift to a new bachelor pad close to his parents’ Krishna Raj bungalow. Kat, on the other hand, had been alternating between their love nest and her old house on Waterfield Road. Now we hear that the actress has decided let go of the former and is keen to move into another highrise. Says a source, “On Sunday afternoon, Katrina was seen with Reshma Shetty, business manager of ex beau Salman Khan, hunting for a flat to rent out. She checked out a few buildings in and around Bandra, but didn’t like any.” A source close to Katrina, who remained unavailable for comment, confirms the buzz, saying: “Yes, Katrina is looking for a new place to stay, but hasn’t zeroed in on anything at the moment. She recently returned from the Bangkok schedule of her next, Baar Baar Dekho, and will soon be flying out to Morocco for Jagga Jasoos. So, she is keen to finalise a house before zooming off.” Jabra Fan Shah Rukh Meets Sultan Salman Khan A ctor Salman Khan recently announced to the Twitter world that he is a Shah Rukh Khan fan, soon after the trailer SRK’s Fan had released.
