Flatbed Combination Rotary Laser
u Laser precision cutting of the die board not only
ensures fast and accurate die ruling but can
incorporarate 'press ready' features such as
keyhole location slots, centreline and gripper
marks, identification references, technical text,
hand carry holes and pre-make-ready counter
holes (folding cartons)

Data Technology Sample Maker Table
u The Data Technology Sample Maker Table is used for small
production runs - we receive regular requests for between
100 and 400 boxes.
u We also use the table for our sample making services.
The maximum size job we can cut on our table is 2. mtrs x
1.8 mtrs. We can cut any corrugated board flute including
Triplewall. We also cut samples on a daily basis out of
fluted correx and solidpolylene in varying thicknesses.
u The table also allows us to plot designs directly on to

cut die boards to companies that want to rule up dies

supply laser dies for cutting solid polypropylene material. One of
our major customers is a plastics company who produce
innovative designs for a wide range of plastic/solid
polypropylene products including folders, wallets, binders, light
shades and table mats etc.
