Dedication & innovation
For the last 15 years bcm transtech has been developing a wide range of storage
and handling solutions for cutting dies, stereos, thin cutting and offset plates.
These systems have been delivered to a large number of the leading corrugated
and solid board converters world wide. The systems can be supplied as manual,
semi automatic as well as fully automatic operated systems.
During the last few years bcm transtech has developed the following innovative
equipment:
RDC MOBILATOR for handling of RDC tools from the hydraulic
trolley which is placed in the bcm-storage. The RDC MOBILATOR is custom
designed from machine to machine depending on the size of the tools as well as
the layout around the machine. One operator can handle all sizes of RDC dies
without any help from colleagues. The RDC MOBILATOR can handle dies with
SERRAPID and POSILOCK cylinders as well as with screws.
Low cost manual storage solution for all rotary dies which is hanging in a rail system.
Storage solution for fl at bed dies. Single rack with crane without crane rail fi xation
to roof structure.

Vertical rotary die storage
This manually operated storage solution fi ts all kinds of rotary dies. The dies are
placed in a special aluminum rail system developed by bcm.
This solution is designed for dies with a length of up to 3000 mm, in all diameters.
