GENERAL INFORMATION
HOSPITALITY HEADQUARTERS & REGISTRATION
Once you arrive on campus, be sure to stop by the Hospitality Headquarters
in Ellsworth Hall to check-in for the weekend, collect your swag bag, get your
nametag (which is your entrance into each event), get your room assignment
and to ask any and all of your questions. The Hospitality Headquarters will be
open on Friday from 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. – noon in
Ellsworth Hall and then will be moved to Ellsworth lawn.
CAMPUS TOURS
Tours are available throughout the entire weekend, led by our Student
Ambassadors. Visit the Hospitality Headquarters in Ellsworth Hall to schedule
a tour.
CAMPUS STORE
Be sure to visit the Campus Store, located in Metcalf Center, next to the
Athenaeum. The Campus Store offers performance apparel and gift items.
The Store will be open on Thursday from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., Friday from
9 a.m. – 4 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
CHILDCARE
Children are welcome at Reunion and are invited to use the school’s facilities
throughout the weekend. Child care services will be provided in the Green Key,
in Ellsworth Hall, Friday night from 6 – 10 p.m. and Saturday night from
6 – 11 p.m. $25 per session/per family.

Shuttle Service will be provided by WRA between the Hilton Garden Inn and
Western Reserve Academy. Service will be available Friday from 5 – 7 p.m.
and 9 – 11 p.m. and again on Saturday from 5 – 7 p.m. and 9:30 – midnight.
VISIT HUDSON
TThe Merchants of Hudson welcome WRA alumni and their families.
Stop by the Hudson Visitor Center in its new location in historic Town Hall
(27 E. Main St.). Pick up your choice of a free oval Hudson sticker, a clock
tower key tag or a clock tower magnet and a sheet of “special deals” just for
WRA alumni and their families. The Visitor Center is open seven days a week,
from noon – 4 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. on
Fridays and from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Saturdays.
WRA FITNESS CENTER & POOL
Located in the Murdough Athletic Center (MAC), the state-of-the-art fitness
center, with both extensive free weights and machines, will be open for use
on Friday from 3 – 5 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. The six-lane
swimming pool will be available for lap swim and family free swim on
Saturday from 1 – 4 p.m. A Certified lifeguard will be on duty.

WRA Authors & Artists Collection – books and AV materials written and created
by alumni and faculty members; WRA Memories – a special PowerPoint
presentation created highlighting all of the Reunion years; Yearbooks –
Yearbooks from each Reunion class will be on display. The Ong Library will
be open on Friday from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
