Juarez SADEC-FEMAP Annual Report 2006 Institutional mission “Contribute to improve the quality of life of people living in poverty” Practice of SADEC’s institutional mission SADEC’s mission, sustained on research, education and community participation is carried out through the provision of health services, the promotion of environmental health and sanitation and the establishment of actions to facilitate the individual, economic and social development of SADEC’s target population.
