Monday ~ March 21 7:30 a.m. ~ Daily Mass 6:00 p.m. ~ Daily Mass Divine Mercy Sunday Tuesday ~ March 22 7:30 a.m. ~ Daily Mass 8:00 a.m. ~ Eucharistic Adoration 5:00 p.m. ~ The Chrism Mass at the Cathedral of Christ the King 6:00 p.m. ~ Communion Service (No Mass) Divine Mercy Sunday is a very special Sunday when the Divine Floodgates from Heaven are wide-opened and Jesus offers us the total forgiveness of all sins and punishment to any soul, who goes to Confession and receives Him in Holy Communion, on that day. This plenary indulgence is granted (under the usual conditions of a sacramental confession, Eucharistic communion and a prayer for the intentions of the Supreme Pontiff) to the faithful who, on Divine Mercy Sunday, in a spirit that is completely detached from the affection for a sin, even a venial sin, recite the Our Father and the Creed, and also adding a devout prayer (e.g. Merciful Jesus, I trust in you!). On Divine Mercy Sunday, our three communities come together as one parish in a tri-lingual celebration that will focus on the virtue of trust starting at 3:00 p.m. Confessions will be heard by our three priests beginning at 2:00 p.m. This celebration includes Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, a sung recitation of the Divine Mercy Chaplet, alternating readings from Pope Francis on the Year of Mercy and Saint Faustina’s Diary, and a blessing of Divine Mercy images. Don't miss out on the many blessings the devotion to Divine Mercy has to offer everyone. Come and join us! Our next and final meeting for the year will be on Thursday, April 28, at 7:00 p.m. in the Spiritual Life Center. Please consider joining us because we need lots of “prayer warriors” to pray for those who are in need of returning to the Catholic faith. For questions or to add someone to our prayer list, please contact Denise Dale at 770-827-6810. The Pray Them Home ministry welcomes new members at any time. On Palm Sunday, our parish is called on to support Christians in the Holy Land. As a pontifical collection requested by Pope Francis, the annual Palm Sunday collection offers a direct link for parishioners to be witnesses of peace and to help protect the Holy Places. When you donate on Palm Sunday, you are supporting Christians in the Holy Land. Please use your parish envelopes and drop them off either in the offertory, at the parish office, or you may donate online. Annual Good Friday Pilgrimage Take Home the Elijah Cup Pray for vocations! João and Fr. (D. 699) Palm Sunday Palm Sunday March Page 1020, 2016 9 March Page 20, 2016 PARISH INFORMATION MASS SCHEDULE PARISH SERVICES SUNDAY MASSES Saturday: Vigil Mass 5:30PM Sunday: 7:00AM, 8:30AM, 10:00AM, 11:30AM 1:00PM en Español, 5:00PM (Life Teen) 7:00PM em Português WEEKDAY MASSES Monday - Friday: 7:30AM & 6:00PM Saturday: 8:30AM RECONCILIATION SCHEDULE Wednesday Morning: 8:00AM Wednesday Evening: 6:30PM Saturday Morning: 9:00AM Saturday Evening: 4:00PM or any time by appointment CONTACT INFORMATION 770-394-3896 MAIN NUMBER 770-399-7866 FAX NUMBER Office Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30AM to 4:00PM CLERGY Rev.
