Unless otherwise supersededby PUC order or rule, if the Utility is ordered by a court or
governmentalbody of competentjurisdiction to reduceits pumpage,production or water sales,
the Utility shall be authorized to increase its approved gallonage charge according to the

appurtenancethereto including locks and meter boxes or seruice diversion of one hundred

Chargesa municipality makesfor use of streetsand alleyspursuant to Tax Code $r8z.oz5 or
