How to Specify
a QUARTER TURN system
STEP 1 Fastening system
Using the design guide and the descriptions found to the right, choose
the fastening system that best suits your application. For additional
information on the product lines, go to www.southco.com/DZUS.
STEP 2 Receptacles
When specifying the parts in your quick access system, start with the
selection of your receptacle. Southco has a full range of receptacles to
meet virtually any material or application configuration.
STEP 3 Head styles
Select your stud head style from a series of hand actuated styles or
keep the fastener low profile with a variety of tool actuated options. If
aesthetics are an issue, contact Southco to discuss options that can
enhance the look and feel of your designs
STEP 4 Accessories
• Do you want a visual indicator that your
access panel is unfastened?
• Do you want a trimmed appearance?
• Do you want to protect your panel finish?
