on Monday, October 26, 2015 at 6:30
p.m.
The meeting was called to order by

Motion by Norberg and Erickson to recess the meeting for the purpose of conducting a public hearing of the Board of
Zoning Appeals. Carried.
Motion by Norberg and Erickson to reconvene the meeting. Carried.
Motion by Bolen and Norberg that the
reading of the October 12, 2015 regular
meeting minutes be dispensed with and
approved as published. Carried.
Departmental Reports:
Burlington Bay Campground Manager’s Report for the 2015 Camping Season was submitted. Received. Motion
by Norberg and Erickson referring the report to the Public Works Committee for
review. Carried.
Communications:
1. A letter from the Minnesota Department of Health notifying the City of its
Award of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention 2014 Water Fluoridation Quality Award.

Motion by Woodruff and Borud allowing payroll for the first half of October,
2015, in the amount of $229,670.05.
