Organizations have the option to monitor all LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook pages
to ensure brand integrity and to prevent the leakage of confidential information.
Lexicons can be set up to trigger the system to catch and hold those messages that
contain pre-defined keyword, phrase, or regular expression. Once a message is
held, an alert is sent to the compliance team to let them know that a policy violation
may have occurred, based on the lexicon match.
Another powerful monitoring tool is the ability to automatically remove inappropriate
content from a Facebook Fan or Group page. Content could be in violation of a corporate
policy or perhaps an industry or government regulation. Socialite can be configured to
automatically remove inappropriate content, if a lexicon keyword or phrase is detected.

Socialite ensures that all of a firm’s social media activities are carried out in
accordance with all applicable corporate governance, legal, and regulatory requirements.
For instance, if you are subject to regulatory requirements that prohibit Facebook Likes
or LinkedIn Recommendations, Socialite can be configured to block only these features
and only access to the other features within that site.
Finally, Socialite is able to log and archive all of a user’s activities and content posted
to Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter, regardless of the location or device used. Moreover,
