Conditions of entry
• This is an open event. Competitors are encouraged to
wear correct riding attire. Riding club uniform and pony
club uniform are acceptable in place of jackets.
• Entry fees must accompany entries.
• Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all
times
• ALL competitors (i.e. people going into the ring, whether
leading, assisting or riding) MUST complete a Release and
Waiver of Responsibility Form. Copies of this form will be
available at the registration desk on the day.
• Non-members wishing to compete must join as an Event
Member if they are not members of Equestrian Australia.
Event Memberships are $10 for the remainder of the
membership year (ends 31 October 2015).
• The club will refund entry fees when presented with a
veterinary or medical certificate within 48 hours of the
competition.
• For the safety of competitors and spectators, when
moving between rings, competitors should proceed at a
walk only.
• Any competitor seen to be engaging in dangerous or
out of control riding will be asked to dismount and not
permitted to participate further in the competition.
Failure to follow any reasonable request from officials
or committee members of TARC will be met with
disqualification and restriction of further entries to TARC
events.
• Cruelty will not be tolerated.
• TARC Inc. is not responsible for any damage, loss, illness,
injury, or accident to persons, animals or equipment.
• All ridden exhibits must be three years of age or older.
• The organising committee reserves the right to alter,
amend or cancel any section of the program.
• Dogs are not welcome at this event in line with TARC’s
Risk Management policy.
• All competitors are required to wear an AS/NZS 3838
1998 or EN 1384 or ASTN F1 163 helmet and heeled
boots at all times when mounted.

The afternoon program will commence at
approximately 1:30PM in the arena and on
the flat.
