REGISTRATION FEES
Our registration fees allow us to maintain Westford’s historic
building, offer many diverse classes, educational workshops and
special events. Your support of the Roudenbush Community
Center through the registration fee is greatly appreciated.
CANCELLATIONS, MAKE UP CLASSES, WEATHER
Classes are not held on legal holidays. TRCCI reserves the right
to cancel any course with insufficient enrollment within 7 days
prior to class offering and to substitute, if necessary, an instructor.
In the event of a cancellation or make up, we notify participants
using phone numbers provided to us. To avoid cancellations, we
suggest registrations be completed 7 days before start date.
Any weather related delay will be made up, if possible, or a credit
will be given.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER POLICY
(for community education department classes)
Roudenbush Community Education classes are supported
totally by fees with the goal of making Community Education self
supporting. Our refund policies are strictly adhered to.
• If Roudenbush cancels a class, we will call
participants and issue a voucher or refund.
• A $5.00 discount will be given to senior citizens, 60 and
over. Registration must be in person and pay by check
or cash. No discounts for trips or ticketed events.
Class Withdrawal –
• A voucher minus $10 processing fee will be issued for
withdrawals 7 days or more prior to the start of class.
• All class transfers will incur a $10 transfer fee.
• No refund or voucher once the class has begun.
• No refund or voucher will be issued for withdrawals
less than 7 days prior to the start of the class.
• Vouchers expire 1 (one) year from date of issue.
• All trips and ticketed events have a No Refund policy.

We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover, cash and check
(payable to TRCCI). Program prices appear as Non-Resident/
Resident. Westford residents receive $3.00 discount. A 3%
non-refundable registration fee will be added to orders. There is a
$25 fee for checks returned by the bank.

Participation in certain physical program(s) may involve some

personal injuries, that I or my children may sustain or incur as a
result of participation in the program(s).
I fully realize that gymnastics and exercise classes can be
dangerous and result in serious injury and freely assume that risk.
MEDICAL
In event of an emergency, I give permission for The Roudenbush
Community Center, Inc. to give my child simple first aid and to
arrange for transportation to a hospital and receive emergency
medical treatment. I will assume all costs for medical care.

Roudenbush Gymnastics Team
The Roudenbush Community Center offers a competitive team program
for girls 8 yrs and up. The team participates in the USAG XCEL program
at the Bronze and Silver levels. The team will learn routines on vault, bars,
beam and floor and compete in USAG XCEL competitions in the area.
Over the last several years Roudenbush has seen the team program grow
and expand. Team runs September – June and is coached by Kerry Kane.
Registration & tuition fee plus additional costs for uniforms and competitions. Try-outs are required.
