Pidy Banoffi Tart Category / Type Sweet/Cold Fill Pidy Pastry Pidy Sweet Tartlets 9.5 cm Difficulty Prep time 10 minutes Serves 10 pieces Ingredients 10pcs Pidy Sweet Tartlets 9.5 cm A can of Nestle Caramel or similar 250g whipped fresh cream 2 fresh bananas Pidy Chocolate coated Meringue Crumbles Required utensils Whisk or Mixer, Spatula, Piping Bag, Piping nozzle Instructions: Step 1: Remove the caramel from the can & place in a piping bag. Step 2: Whip Cream & place in to a piping bag with Nozzle Step 3: Slice the fresh bananas . Step 4: Pipe the caramel into the tartlets Step 5: Place the sliced banana onto the caramel Step 6: Pipe cream on top of the banana Step 7: top with Pidy Chocolate coated Meringue Crumbles TIP: melt white chocolate & brush onto inside or the tartlet; this will give you a barrier to protect from moisture migration from your filling into the tartlet.
