• On arrival we will personally welcome you with a hot drink from a secret mixture of life-enhancing
from the St. George Forest.
• At 5 PM we will serve traditional afternoon tea “Princess Almeria” in our Tea Hall with Czech
Christmas homemade cookies based on an old castle recipe.
• After dark, when the first star emerges in the night sky, at 7 PM there's an opportunity to meet new
friends and old during a Champagne and canapé reception in the Gold room.
• At 8 PM starts our 5-course gourmet local traditional Christmas dinner with candle light and
Czech carols. Don't miss our traditional Christmas carp. Carp is one of the symbols of Czech
Christmas. We have developed a unique delicous recipe.
• After Christmas Eve dinner, we have for everybody special Christmas present under our a festively
decorated Christmas tree. According to tradition, these were put here secretly by the little baby
Jesus.
• After dinner you can enjoy our Czech traditions (Determining future events of the year ahead
from an apple core, the pouring of lead into water, and floating walnuts).
• If you wish, you can attend Christmas mass at the Catholic Church in the village of Mcely.

• At 2 PM you may join our traditional shooting of miestletoe in Jabkenice
Game Park.
• At 7 PM you can attend a romantic Christmas concert in our Tea Hall.
