User Interface Redesign
With ReQlogic’s new, more modern look and feel, the user interface provides a smoother

Requisition Entry
The Requisition Entry page typifies the application’s new look and feel with most of the
functionality buttons changed to icons. Disabled icons are grayed out, giving a visual cue that
these functions cannot be used. Tool tips display when hovering the mouse over the icons to
identify the function to be performed.
A useful new function on transaction entry pages is the ability to collapse and expand the
header section, freeing up space and providing more focus on line items.

On the Details tab, line items are now expandable and collapsible. Hovering the mouse over a
line item highlights it, making it easy to identify. The expand all/collapse all button at the top
right of the Details tab provides a simple way for users to review by having all the lines open or
closed.

Responsive Design
Another design change is the application’s responsiveness. ReQlogic can be sized down to a
tablet and can scale up for larger monitors, while providing an optimal viewing and interaction
experience. This enables easy reading and navigation with minimal resizing, panning and
scrolling across a wide range of devices.
ReQlogic Mobile
The ReQlogic Mobile user interface has also been updated with the new user interface.
Below are some examples of the redesigned pages in the mobile application. Users will notice
the updated Expense Entry pages and the Menu icon at the top of the screen. The main menu
can be accessed from any screen in the application, allowing for quicker navigation around the
dashboard.

General Enhancements
Tax Entry Integration with Microsoft Dynamics GP
This new tax integration allows users to calculate tax on requisitions, expense documents,
vendor invoices, PO invoices and credit memos based on Microsoft Dynamics GP’s tax setup
with no duplicate configuration in ReQlogic. Tax Schedules and related Tax Detail default to
ReQlogic document lines. If necessary, users can change default information. The routing
engine has been expanded to make new ReQlogic tax fields available on routing policies.
PO Invoices for Microsoft Dynamics NAV
The processing of PO related invoices is now supported for Microsoft Dynamics NAV. PO
invoices can be matched to purchase orders or receipts, which ensures the tie between invoices
and Dynamics NAV transactions. This functionality is also workflow enabled, providing proper
approval and audit trail capabilities.
Append to PO for Microsoft Dynamics NAV
ReQlogic integrated with Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2015 or greater will now support Append to
PO functionality in the ReQlogic Requisition module. The Append to PO functionality will allow a
user to create a new requisition line that will be appended to an existing Purchase Order when
the PO Creation process is completed for the line.
Enhanced GL Budget Inquiry for Microsoft Dynamics SL
For Microsoft Dynamics SL integrations, the ReQlogic GL Budget Inquiry has been enhanced to
include SL Pending Amounts, SL Open Purchase Order Amounts, ReQlogic Approved Amounts
and ReQlogic Submitted Amounts for better visibility between ReQlogic and Dynamics SL
budgeting.
KwikTag support for Microsoft Dynamics NAV
The ReQlogic KwikTag integration is now supported for Microsoft Dynamics NAV installations.
ReQlogic KwikTag Integration:
A new system configuration has been added that allows ReQlogic attachment types to be sent
to KwikTag at the time ReQlogic creates the designated ERP document.

Receiving Enhancements
Receipt Date in Online Receiving
The Receipt Date on the Receiving page has been moved from the filter fields to prevent
confusion about the field’s use. The Receipt Date is used with Microsoft Dynamics GP and
Dynamics SL to allow the user to select a receiving date other than the current date. This allows
back dating of receiving in the Microsoft Dynamics GP and SL products.
Receiving – Default Requester to Blank
A new system configuration setting has been added to default a blank value to the Requester
filter field in the Receiving page if the user has the access rights to receive for all users. A
second configuration setting will default a blank value to the Requester filter field in the
Receiving page for all users, regardless of access rights.
Requisition, Expense, Invoice, Credit/Debit Enhancements
Ability to Create Adjustments on Behalf of Other Users
A new Access Rights resource has been added that allows users to create credit memos
(Dynamics GP) or debit adjustments (Dynamics SL) on behalf of any other user in ReQlogic
who has access to the Credit Memo (Dynamics GP) or Debit Adjustment (Dynamics SL)
module.
Change the Document Line Transaction Date Default Value
A new system configuration setting has been added that defaults a blank value to the document
line entry transaction date rather than defaulting the date value from the previous line.
Document Line Entry Description Length Setting
A system administrator can now set a new system configuration setting that restricts the number
of characters that can be entered into the document line entry description field.
Template: Require Attachment Before Submit
A new ReQlogic template has been created that will require the user to add an attachment to
the document header before being allowed to submit the document for review.
Search and Duplicate Document Type
The Search and Duplicate page is now available from document specific menus (Requisitions,
Invoices and Expenses). The Document Type field in the filter criteria will default based on the
menu from which Search and Duplicate is selected.

email notification to quickly view the Timesheet document summary and line item details without
having to login to ReQlogic.
New Template: Dynamics GP Timesheet Posting Date
A new ReQlogic template has been created to set the Timesheet Posting Date to the entered
Period Ending Date on a ReQlogic Timesheet document.
ReQlogic Routing & Approval Button Customization
Change the Appearance of the Approve, Reject, Review Completed or Respond Buttons
The system administrator can configure the appearance of the Approve, Reject, Review,
Completed and Respond buttons to emphasize the location of these buttons on the screen for
reviewers. The buttons can be made bigger and have a different color background.
Email Enhancements
Email Notifications Redesign
The ReQlogic email notifications have been updated to mirror the new user interface. Below is a

Email Customizations Preview
Email notifications in ReQlogic can be customized on the Email Message page accessed from
the Customizations menu. This page provides a preview window of how the emails will look
when sent out by ReQlogic.
Vendor Name Added as a Parameter Field to Email Templates
The Vendor Name has been added as an additional parameter field that can be used on several
ReQlogic email templates.
System Enhancements
Import Access Rights
The system administrator can now import Access Rights for Roles, Users and Departments via
the ReQlogic Utilities
New Template: Predefined Roles and Role Access Rights for Implementations
A new ReQlogic template has predefined Roles and Role Access Rights assignments that are
commonly used. This template can be used to quickly import the predefined list of Roles and
their assigned Access Rights to speed along the implementation.
Persistent Lookups Allow Multiple Selection
Several areas within the application have lookup windows that remain open to allow easy
selection of multiple entities. Persistent lookups allow you to assign multiple users to a Role,
multiple users to a Buyer Group, multiple roles to a user, multiple ‘Receive for’ users or
departments to a user, and; in ReQlogic 360 only, multiple tasks to a Project.
