WHAT IS A COFFEE BREAK WEBINAR?
SVA’s coffee break webinars are typically about 20 minutes in length and are intended to
provide a short, high-level review of hot topics and current trends that are top of mind for today’s
business leaders, finance and IT managers, and how they relate to your own workplace. Some
of the topics in our series may have longer, product-focused follow-up webinars scheduled
within a week or two after the initial coffee break.

April 23: Maximize the Investment in your ERP Technology
Getting the most out of your ERP system requires you to continuously evaluate it and the
processes it supports. If you have any number of manual processes, it is likely a good time for
a process review. If you enter the same data in more than a single system, it might be a good
time to do a process review. Mike Sowinski, SVA’s ERP Practice Manager, will share how SVA
can help you bridge the gap between process and technology!
April 24: Affordable Care Act Reporting in Dynamics GP
Before the end of 2015, employers must make adjustments to how they record employee payroll
and health benefits to meet the ACA’s requirements. The groundwork has been laid for the
mandatory reporting, which will give users the ability to generate the required 1094-C
Transmittal of Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage Information Returns
and 1095-C Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage forms. Tera McCulloch,
Senior Business Solutions Consultant at SVA, will walk you through what you need to know!

ShredFest 2015 – April 25th and May 2nd
One person’s trash is another person’s identity. Every 3 seconds someone is a victim of identity
theft. One way to protect yourself is to shred documents that have your name on them if they
are no longer needed. SVA has teamed up with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), Pellitteri
Data Destruction Division and WISC-TV 3 to host a spring Shredding Event on Saturday,
April 25, 2015, from 8:30-11:00 a.m. at our Madison corporate office. Additional events are
being held at our offices in Appleton and Milwaukee on Saturday, May 2, 2015. More

SVA Team Profile
Ray Colonero, SVA’s Project Manager, just celebrated his
13-year anniversary in January. Hailing from Boston, Ray
finds it ironic that his now adult children have all moved to
the East Coast leaving Ray and his wife to be true emptynesters. To help fill the void at home, they recently became
the proud parents of Rocky, a Siberian Husky. When he’s
not busy playing with the puppy, Ray enjoys watching and
coaching sports. Much to the chagrin of his co-workers, he
is an avid Patriots and Red Sox fan. He does, however, join
them in cheering for the Badgers!
