About us
The earth and all it contains are natural resources that is
priceless. Nature plays an important role for living and life on
earth. So is the man who should be helping to care of our environment for subsequent generations on earth. But the environmental sustainability can be corrupted and out of control,
even gradually leads to destruction. One reason why this
might be occur because of the use of massively plastic. And
the remaining of excessive plastic use this leads to soil and
water pollution, industrial pollution and even the extinction of
animals and plants.
As we know that the earth takes hundreds of years to decompose completely the remaining of plastic trash that wasted.
Even when the plastic decomposes too, the remaining of the
plastic waste can cause a chemical compound that can trigger
health problems of human But the reality is the need for plastic in this world will never run out even on the rise.

We offer HDPE plastic pellets
(High
Density
Poly-Ethylene)
which has the best quality and
density that you can develop into a
wide range of products for
consumers of your business.
HDPE plastic pellets is known as
raw materials of products that are
safe to be re-used along side LDPE
plastic pellets (Light Density
Poly-Ethylene and also type of PP
(Poly-Propylene).
HDPE can be re-cycled, and has a
symbol number 2 in the recycling
program symbols. HDPE plastic
pellets are harder than any other
type of plastic pellets and can also
withstand high temperatures (120
˚C).

PROCESS
The raw plastic materials are
imported from overseas. The
product is imported into Indonesia via the port of Semarang,
and transported directly to our
factory, located at Jl. Sidoluhur
Dk. Waringin Rejo
Desa
Cemani,
Kec.
Kabupaten
Sukoharjo-Solo.
Upon arrival in our factory, the
raw material is placed into
stage where it awaits to be
sorted. The sorting stage not
only focuses on the discharging
of the label and bottle cap but
also focuses on selecting the
best raw materials, to ensure
we can produce good quality
products.
We are currently planning to
introduce advance machines
into the process of sorting. This
will increase our capacity to 8
tons per hour. The advance
machinery will not only improve
the separating and discharging
of the label and bottle cap but
will also increase the speed of
sorting process as well as
improve the hygienic process.
This will further our production
efficiency and therefore position us with an greater competitive edge in the marketplace.
Once the raw material has been
sorted, the next stage is to cut
the recycled raw material to
make it more dense. This is
done by inserting them it into
the shredder machine.
1. Crusher Machine
The plastic raw materials are
cutted into small pieces to
make the production process
easier. This will also results in
a denser and more even
consistency of a finished
product. The Crusher Machine
itself has a capacity of 700 kg
per hour.
Once the raw material has been
cut into small pieces, it will be
placed into the washing
machine to be cleaned.
2. Washing Machine
Through cleaning of the
Recycled raw materials is
necessary in order to produce
high quality plastic pellets. The
washing machine has a capacity
of 700 kg per hour.
After having washed the raw
material 4 times, the raw
material will go into a drying
machine. This will remove any
remaining water.

3. Drying Machine
The function of the Drying
machine is to dry the raw materials after it has been thoroughly washed in the washing
machine. Drying the material
makes the process of manufacturing plastic pellets easier.
Once the raw material has been
dried, it will be placed into the
pellet production machines to
be produced into HDPE plastic
resin pellets.
4. Pellet Machine
This pallet machine is used to
produce plastic pellets. Once
the raw plastic materials has
passed through the washing
and drying stage, the next
process is to place them into
pellets machine, where they
will be recycled into HDPE plastic pellets seeds. The pellet
machine has the capacity to
produces 500 kg of plastic
seeds per hour.
Our HDPE Pellet production
capacity per month is 300 tons /
machine. Currently, our factory
is supported by two powerful
engines so that the target of our
production is 600 tons / month.
Strict quality control and standardization of the plastic resin
product has become our priority to ensure that we can recycle
the best quality of plastic
pellets.

We have two different ways to
distributing our product. The
first one is direct selling, in
which we directly sells our
products to customers.
Our target direct selling
customers are large factories
that producing product such as
bottles and plastic bags. Our
second distribution method is
indirect selling. In which we
cooperate with several distributors and agents.
