The number of active condominium listings continued to grow in Q4-2014 with a 22% increase since last quarter and 69 condos coming to market over the last year. In comparison, active listings for single family homes increased by 22% this quarter (Q1-2015). The median price for condos in the past 12 months was $246,456 compared to single family homes which sold on average for $255,000.
