A tournament Musky Entry form must be completed for each fish entered in the tournament and turned in within 2 hours after the Chippewa Flowage Resort Association Entry Fee: IV. TOURNAMENT FISHING & FISH REGISTRATION HOURS: First through tenth places will be awarded prizes. No place fish, drawing for all fish entered 11th place on up. Each winner is allowed only one prize. If any prizes are not won through the qualification of fish, they will be drawn for at the Awards Ceremony after the Grand Prize drawing so all participants are eligible. E. Entrants must sign a waiver (on the registration form) to hold the sponsors of the tournament, their agencies and agents, harmless for any death, injury, damage, liability, theft, fire or any loss that might result from participation in this tournament. C. NO REFUNDS ON TOURNAMENT ENTRIES. ALL ENTRIES FINAL. D. All occupants of a boat must be registered contestants. E. All contestants must wear the Official Tournament Hat while fishing. F.. All contest winners must be present at the Awards Banquet Saturday, 9/8/12. A. All rules have loopholes. It is our intention to provide an honest, sportsmanlike tournament. In the interest of good sportsmanship, contestants are reminded that the “spirit of the rule” will prevail in all judgement cases. I have read and will abide by the rules of the tournament and will adhere to good sportsmanlike conduct. I also give permission for the use of my name and photographs of me for future promotion. PLEASE PRINT OR TYPE LEGIBLY... C. Contestant Entry Form A. This tournament is open to all anglers with a Wisconsin fishing license. Any persons under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. B. No entries accepted after 9:00PM, Wed., Sept. 5th. C. Entry Fees: $125.00 D. Entry fee includes tournament hat, all tournament activities and eligibility for door prizes AND GRAND PRIZE drawing. E. Contestants are only eligible for one of the eleven prizes in the Release Division. If a contestant qualifies to win more than one prize, he/she may select the prize of their choice, with the next contestants down all moving up one prize, adding places as needed. D. A protest fee of $25 will be required to accompany any formal protest. This fee will be returned if found to be valid by committee. If the protest is invalid, the protest fee will go to the alleged violator. E. Any contestant under protest may continue fishing, however, the catch will not be tallied until the protest is resolved. F. The tournament committee, acting in the best interests of the tournament, may initiate a formal protest against a contestant at any time during the tournament. G. The decision of the tournament committee is final in all cases. RELEASE: In consideration of being permitted in the 2012 LCFRA Musky Hunt Tournament, I, for my self, my personal representatives, heirs and next of kin, hereby release, waive and discharge The Chippewa Flowage Resort Association, its members or any other donators to the 2012 LCFRA Musky Hunt Tournament, and any of its directors, officers, employees, agents, committee persons or representatives for all loss or damage, and any claim or damage therefore, on account of injury to my property or my person, including death, whether caused by the negligent acts or negligent omissions to act or otherwise by any or all of the above, while I am participating in the 2012 LCFRA Musky Hunt Tournament. I. ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY end of each tournament fishing session on Thursday & Friday and 1 hour after on Saturday, to: Treeland Resort, Pat’s Landing, Deer Run Resort, Chippewa Pines. Fish entered in the tour nament must be measured and released ALIVE in the presence of at least TWO witnesses, of which one person must be OUTSIDE the contestant’s boat and party. Non-contestants may witness releases to assure quick releases. Minimum fish length to be entered 34 inches. All fish must be caught on legal sport-fishing tackle using artificial baits only. NO LIVE BAIT IS ALLOWED. Snagging, spearing and the use of set lines is not allowed. The longest fish by length measured to the nearest one-quarter inch rounded down will take first place with lengths and places following correspondingly through tenth place. In case of tie, contestants will draw a card just before the awards ceremony, with high card winning, ace high. If there is a tie on cards drawn, the persons will draw again from the deck.
