No connect lt s ! Just two bo The PEMSABAND Click tray is the new "click-in" tray system from PEMSA for the 100, 150 and 200 sizes. Thanks to the new Click system, connectors are no longer necessary: just two bolts are used for assembly. This provides savings through faster and easier installation. Its exclusive design offers clearly differentiated advantages. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION OF THE PEMSABAND Click TRAYS • The PEMSABAND Click metal tray/channel is manufactured with a shaped safety edge and greater load capacity. • The perforated and slotted base increases the transverse strength, prevents liquid retention and decreases the weight. • It is protected against rust by Sendzimir Galvanisation in accordance with UNE-EN 10142. • Its length improves the load distribution and economises manual labour. • It has a snap-on cover (uses no bolts or clamps) which can be easily installed and removed. 62 Embossed perforations Wellfinished side/edge Ø8 x 20 S B Fixing with countersunk screws 3050 A Self fix lid cover Pemsaband Click standard P.G. If the support system is not suitable, the whole installation will fail, with the attendant service cost. To avoid this, and to achieve a satisfactory installation from the outset, PEMSA has developed a comprehensive range of SUPPORTS according to the EN 61537 standard, with a STRUCTURE system made in steel with Sendzimir and Hot-dip Galvanisation protection. This range, with its accessories, makes weld-free setting up and modifying easy for all the structures commonly found in such industrial installations. 94 List of supports and usage modes WALL MOUNTING CEILING MOUNTING LOAD * Use Page LOAD * Use 25 R 30 25 R Page 30 38 R 50 30 R 38 71 P (1) 32 34 R 81 112 (2) P (2) (2) 38 R R 407 509 71 38 P 76 P 80 38 R 76 32 34 R 163 239 M8 M10 32 34 R (2) 407 76 P 112 142 80 ø15,5 32 34 R 120 168 P 76 P 38 152 32 34 R 127 175 R 80 P R (1) 137 152 40 P 76 R 82 40 254 P R Rejiband (1) R 40 71 P * Per support, in kg, as per EN 61537 44 P Pemsaband (1) R 40 61 86 44 P R (1) Security plug included (2) With structural reinforcement 82 86 46 254 P 88 95 Heavy duty channel 41x41 ø11x20 50 P.G. e mm Ref. 2.5 67030053 H.D.G. /u 2.55 Ref. Security Pemsa Rejiband Security Pemsa Rejiband Security Pemsa Rejiband Security Pemsa 300 Rejiband 2.- PROTECTION 22 5 The trays are for conveying cables, NOT FOR PROTECTING THEM. In the majority of installations, the characteristics of current cables makes it unnecessary to protect them. If necessary, use the appropriate covers. 3.- VENTILATION Cables heat up while being used due to the passage of current. At the same ambient temperature and power, this heating can increase according to the type of tray being used (open or closed). With less ventilation, a greater cable cross section is required and, as a result, cost increases. Maximum ventilation: Rejiband or ladder-type trays. Medium ventilation: perforated metal sheet trays. Minimum ventilation: solid metal sheet trays. 3.2.- DISTANCE TO WALLS When trays are fastened to a wall on supports, a separation of at least 20 mm must be maintained between the tray and the wall in order to allow for cable ventilation. At PEMSA, all wall supports have a total length of 50 mm more than the width of the tray to be installed, thereby complying with legislation in force. Example: A 300 support has a length of 350 mm. 50 The use of solid bottom trays is, in most cases, due to aesthetic criteria. If they are not suitable, the whole installation will be flawed. The following factors should be borne in mind when choosing them: • The load-bearing capacity of the support. • Its corrosion resistance. • Ease of installation. The recommended distance between supports or bearing points is normally 1500 mm. When this distance is changed, the performance of the tray changes. When attaching the supports to the wall or ceiling, particular attention must be paid to the fixings used, making sure it is right for the characteristics of the building. The use of CHANNEL (page 96) gives better load distribution, whilst also facilitating adjustment. 0 150 0 150 0 150 6.- RECOMMENDED POSITIONS FOR SUPPORTS ( Same for Rejiband steel wire cable trays. ) Only heavy loads Rejiband 300 max. L The allowable value (F) of deformation is purely aesthetic, always taking care not to exceed the values indicated by the manufacturer, which, in accordance with international standard UNE – EN 61537, should be as follows: F F max=L/100 mm. L On supports, maximum F deformation and twisting occurs at the ends. The standard requires that the maximum F = L/20 mm. The deformation, F is called deflection, and is expressed in mm. F 105 8.- CONNECTORS The trays are shipped in pre packed lengths of 2 or 3 meters. The pieces called CONNECTORS are used for connecting them. For mechanical purposes, the weakest points in a tray installation are the joints . Only the use of the right number of CONNECTORS in the right positions as recommended by the manufacturer can ensure that the entire system will perform satisfactorily. The ideal spot for employing the CONNECTOR is at L/5 from the nearest support. Fitting the CONNECTORS between L/4 and L/5 is the most advisable approach. L ALL THE LOAD AND PERFORMANCE VALUES GIVEN IN THIS CATALOGUE WERE OBTAINED FROM TESTS CARRIED OUT IN ACCORDANCE WITH INTERNATIONAL EN 61537 STANDARD. It is often found that similar trays from different manufacturers give different values. This may be due to the load tests not being carried out in accordance with this standard. For proper comparisons to be made between two similar trays from different manufacturers, check that the values given were found under equivalent test conditions. L/5 10.- EARTHING (ELECTRICAL CONTINUITY) All metal tray systems must have proper electrical continuity. However, to ensure safety, it is advisable to make an earth connection using a suitable conductor for each part of the system. L/4 L This CANNOT be done on painted or epoxy-coated trays without removing the protective layer at that point and at the join-points between the various lengths, which will inevitably lead to oxidisation WITHOUT ENSURING safety. L/5 L/4 The CONNECTORS should NOT be fitted at point L/2 (half-way between the supports), or on the supports. When L=1.5 meters, which is the commonest case, the use of 3-meter lengths ensures the best placing of the joints, unlike using 2-meter lengths. L L/2 NO L When the trays have to go through a wall, the trays should have a clear space of approximately 100 mm on each side. The earth connection must always be maintained. NO L/2 9.- LOAD-BEARING CAPACITY This is the load (uniformly distributed, NOT concentrated) that a tray can safely cope with. It is expressed in kilos or Kg per running meter, in the form of graph curves or tables. 1 kg = 9.81 Newtons The values are obtained through experiments carried out in accordance with the pertinent standards. 106 11.- THROUGH-WALL MOUNTING 100 100 If the characteristics of the two rooms separated by the wall are different and may pose risks associated with moisture, gas or fire, the hole in the wall should be blocked off using suitable systems from among those available. Choosing the right tray and support system You need to know the following factors in order to select a tray system: • The weight and diameter of the cables intended for use in the installation, and in future extensions. • Any non-distributed loads planned (lamp fittings, electrical boxes etc.) • The distance that can be allowed between supports or bearing points. • The corrosion protection needed. • The nature of the installation (open, closed etc.) • The method of installation (wall, ceiling, floor etc.) • The need for earthing. • Electromagnetic compatibility “S” is calculated by applying the formula: S= K (100+a) ∑n 100 The calculation for ∑n will be: 5x563.8 10x456 4x415.2 2x165 = 2.819 mm2 = 4.560 mm2 = 1.661 mm2 = 330 mm2 9.370 mm2 The section that tray must have, where TRAY SIZE. When the cables involved are known, check their weight per meter and cross-section in the manufacturer’s catalogue. Add 30-50% to each of these values to allow for future extensions. K = 1.4 and a = 30%, will be: S= THE TOTAL CROSS-SECTION NEEDED is found by adding up all the cross-section values of the cables planned and any future cables, plus the filling coefficient. The calculation involved is: S= K (100+a) When the value of “S” is known, the total weight per meter of the cables “P” is found from the catalogue, increasing the value by that same percentage. This value “P”, in kilos/meters, is converted into Newtons, since that is the unit used in the rack load-capacity graphs. Conversion: 1 kilo~9.8 Newtons With reference to these S and P values, find the most suitable S and P values in the tray catalogue, erring on the side of excess. If an exceptional load is planned at some point in the installation, select a tray with higher performance values for there. For example: Find the tray section needed for installing these cables: 5 cables, 4x35 mm2 10 cables, 4x25 mm2 4 cables, 4x25 mm2 2 cables, 4x4 mm2 The following is found in the cable manufacturer’s catalogue: 4x35 4x25 3x25 4x4 9.370=17.053 mm2 100 Find the nearest value on page 12 or 58, erring on the side of excess, which will correspond to a cable tray: REJIBAND, 400 x 60, total section 18.610 mm2 ∑n 100 Where: S = total section needed in mm2 K = fill coefficient: 1.2 small cables 1.4 power cables a = space reserved for future extensions (30-50%) ∑n = The sum of the sections of the cables to be installed in the cable tray. Cable Cable Cable Cable 1.4 (100+30) mm. Kg.m. mm2 26.8 24.1 23 14.5 1.86 1.42 1.31 0.36 563.8 456 415.2 165 The calculation for “P” gives 29.46 kg/m, which when increased by 30% gives 38.3 kg/m. Converting this to Newtons gives 375.3 Newtons per meter. Check on page 13 or 59 whether the cable tray chosen on the grounds of “S” have this load-bearing capacity. PROTECTION AGAINST CORROSION Most tray systems available are made of steel. This material oxidises easily, causing significant economic losses. In the case of trays, there may also be quality of service problems. To remedy this, various surface-treatment processes based on zinc are used. The commonest and most successful in industry are, in order of efficacy: P.G. Sendzimir galvanizing E.G. Electrogalvanizing E.B. Electrogalvanized bichromate (Yellow) H.D.G. Hot-dipgalvanized S.S. Stainless steel For more information, see the chapter on this (page 103). There are other types of plastic coverings based on various products: PVC, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Epoxy resin etc. These are more attractive in appearance, but give results that are very inferior to zinc-based coatings. They are fragile, and the range of working temperatures is much narrower than zinc. TYPE OF INSTALLATION. Open, with or without covers, and closed. The latter are used when greater mechanical protection is needed. In this case, the crosssection of the cables must be increased to offset the poorer ventilation. 107 METHOD OF INSTALLATION. On the wall, ceiling or the floor. See Rejiband, pages 28-29-36-37-42-43. Pemsaband, pages 74-75-78-79-84-85. PEMSA gives the load-bearing capacity of all its supports in accordance with standard IEC 61537, and the capacity of their protective finish. SELECTING THE TYPE OF SUPPORT. Once the tray has been chosen, suitable supports in terms of the type and method of installation must be chosen. They must have sufficient load-bearing capacity to withstand safely the system of trays plus the accessories selected, and must have the same degree of protection against corrosion. When the Safe Working Load (SWL) for the rack chosen is known in Newtons per meter, the support must be able to withstand the value of this SWL x L, where: L = the distance between the supports in meters. Surface treatment to prevent corrosion CORROSION. Corrosion is an electro-chemical phenomenon that arises from contact between two different metals, or a metal and the environment (air, water, gases) surrounding it. The thickness of the protecting coating is from 8 to 15 microns. Recommended for indoor installations in a dry atmosphere with no aggressive contaminants. All metals are liable to corrosion to some extent. The end result of the corrosion process is the total destruction of the metal affected. E.G. Electrogalvanizing (white colour) UNE - EN12329 In view of the high costs stemming from corrosion, there are various industrial coatings that can be applied on the surface in order to retard the appearance of corrosion. The duration of the protection achieved depends on the thickness of the protective coating, expressed in microns (1 micron = 0.001 mm), the type of coating used, and the aggressiveness of the environment. This involves protecting parts made of iron and steel electrolytically using zinc. The thickness of the coating applied varies from 8 to 12 microns - see table II. The Standard recommends applying a chrome-conversion layer (UNE 112-050). Recommended for indoor installations in a dry atmosphere with no aggressive contaminants. E.B. Electrogalvanized bichromate (yellowcolour) UNE - EN12329 TABLE I Thickness Estimated service life in years of the in microns protective coating in different atmospheres... 30 40 80 100 Industrial Marine Urban Rural This involves the above process plus subsequent treatment with chromium salts that improve the anti-corrosion performance - see table II. 7-14 9-18 5-10 7-15 13-25 15-35 13-28 20-40 The thickness of the coat applied is 8-12 microns. The process as used by PEMSA involves no CYANIDE. 4-12 6-18 11-33 14-40 In the case of steel, the most highly developed industrial process is zinc coating. All the steel products made by PEMSA are protected by one of the following coatings: P.G. Sendzimir galvanising UNE - EN 10142 (NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH HOT-DIP GALVANIZING) Used solely for protecting sheet metal of below 3 mm in thickness. Produced by dipping the rolls of steel in a zinc bath at 450 ºC. This technique is widely used in the manufacture of barcut parts and stamped parts. The cuts arising in the machining are partially regenerated by the galvanic pair formed by the steel and the zinc. 108 Recommended for use in dry, contaminant-free atmospheres. Better performance than P.G. and E.G. H.D.G. Hot-Dip galvanising UNE - EN ISO 1461 Used for all kinds of products. It involves immersing the individual pieces to be protected into a bath full of zinc at 450 ºC after the parts have been machined. The average thickness of the protective coating is 70 microns. Recommended for outdoor, marine, rural, industrial and aggressive indoor installations. STAINLESS STEELS These are carbon steels alloyed with chromium, nickel, magnesium and molybdenum. The best-known ones are AISI 304 (18/8) and AISI 316. Contrary to widespread belief, these steels ALSO SUFFER CORROSION, though their performance when properly handled is generally much better than any type of protective coating. An approximate way of finding out how laboratory values translate into real-world values is: Their specific behaviour is the result of the chromium and nickel spontaneously generating a film of chromium oxide in the presence of an oxidising environment, this film then preventing subsequent oxidisation. The film is very delicate, and can be broken by blows, machining, welding etc. Stainless steels are easily CONTAMINATED, thus losing their properties, when they are machined with tools that use other types of steel. In such cases, the protective film must be generated by a chemical-attack process. In the case of an industrial marine atmosphere, divide the above results by 2. To solve this problem, after the manufacturing work (punching, welding), PEMSA subjects all its REJIBAND S.S. rack and accessories to a special process for regenerating the protective layer known as THERMICRON. 1 laboratory hour = 1 week For guideline purposes, since each installation is different, the following protective coatings can be advised: TABLE III TABLE FOR CHOOSING SURFACE TREATMENTS IN VIEW OF THE ENVIRONMENT SS EG EB PG HDG 304 TYPE Indoor SS 316 B B B B B B NR P NR B B B P B P B B B A 304 STAINLESS STEEL AISI-304 Indoor, near sea Suitable for: Outdoor, dry climate • • • • • Fresh water Industrial atmosphere Marine atmosphere Normal chemical industry FOOD INDUSTRY (except high temperatures) Laboratory tests carried out in a salt-spray chamber in accordance with ASTM-B117 produced the following results: Outdoor, near sea NR NR NR P P B Coast NR NR NR P NR B Sulphurous NR NR NR P P B Mineral acids NR NR NR P P B Ammonium NR NR NR P P B Caustic soda NR NR NR P P B Organic acids NR NR NR P B B Hydrocarbons NR NR NR P B B Chlorine NR NR NR NR P B B B TABLE II Corrosion resistance in hours White Red 198 428 21 290 E.B. The design of the joining has decisive importance in the R1 value, as do the material, the surface finish and the method of assembly. This is stipulated in Standard IEC 61537 section 11.1, which gives the pertinent tests for checking this. Contact between different materials or finishes encourages oxidisation, thereby reducing electrical continuity. The same condition may arise through insufficient contact pressure at the join point. This is done in this way: measuring the electrical-resistance values at the most unfavourable point R1 (joining between racks) and R2 (material resistance) measured across two points that are 500 mm apart in the same straight run. A cable-carrying tray system comprises straight lengths and accessories (bends, crossovers, Tee-joints) joined together using suitable fasteners. The electrical continuity in the system ifself (in the case of metal trays), which is necessary to achieve proper earthing and to ensure personal safety, can be adversely affected by a wide range of causes (oxidisation, nuts coming loose, insulating coatings, etc.). To avoid this, it is advisable to install an independent earth circuit by connecting up every single element in the system (trays and accessories) to a suitable sized conductor - with a section of at least 16 mm2. In the case of trays that are painted or coated with epoxy resin, the electrical continuity needed in the system is broken. In such cases, arranging an earth connection is absolutely essential. That is a difficult operation, since it can only be done by removing the protective layer by mechanical means at the earth-connection point. This inevitably creates an oxidisation zone which further hinders the earthing. That is why electrically safe tray systems must be made of metal with metal coating or made solely of insulating material. The earth connection is to be made using the right parts - see Rejiband page 23 or Pemsaband page 69. SA EM P Rejiband page 23 Pemsaband page 69 111 Electromagnetic Compatibility (CEM) Power supply cables and signal cables can share the same cable conveyance systems (Trays, Channels, etc.). Adequate separation must be provided (by distance or shielding) between power cables and signal cables. Power cables and signal cables must cross at right angles. In order to prevent disturbances, the minimum separation between power cables and signal cables depends on many factors, such as the following: a) The level of immunity from the various electromagnetic interference (surges, overcurrents, lighting impulses, ring waves, continuous waves, etc.) of the equipment connected to the signal cabling system. b) The connection of the equipment to the grounding system. c) The local electromagnetic environment (the simultaneous appearance of disturbances: for example, harmonics added to discharges and to continuous waves). d) The electromagnetic spectrum. e) The distances that the cables run parallel to each other (the coupling zone). f) The kind of cable. g) Cable attenuation against coupling. h) The quality of the connections between the connectors and the cable. i) The type of cable conveyance system and its accessories. Separation between signal cabling and power cabling Distance Without a dividing wall or with a metal divider (1) Aluminium divider Unshielded power cable and unshielded signal cable 200 mm 100 mm 50 mm ✔ Unshielded power cable and shielded signal cable (2) 50 mm 20 mm 5 mm ✔ Shielded power cable and unshielded signal cable 30 mm 10 mm 2 mm ✔ Shielded power cable and shielded signal cable (2) 0 mm 0 mm 0 mm ✔ Type of installation Steel divider 1) It is assumed that in the event of a metal divider, the design of the cable conveyance system will provide shielding attenuation that is approximate to the material used in the divider. 2) Shielded signal cables must comply with the EN 50288 series. 112 Electromagnetic Compatibility (CEM) Metal systems for cable conveyance: trays, channels, etc. Metal systems for cable conveyance should always be connected to the local ground at both ends. Over long distances (more than 50 m), additional connections to the ground systems are recommended at irregular intervals. All ground connections should be as short as possible. Non-metal systems for cable conveyance: trays, channels, etc. In order to improve the EMC behaviour of non-metal systems for cable conveyance, when devices connected to the wiring systems with unshielded cables are not affected by low frequency disturbances, it is advisable to add a cable to the cable conveyance system, such as a parallel ground conductor connected at both ends to the local ground system. Connections should be made to metal parts with low impedance (for example, to a large piece of the sheet metal of an electrical cabinet). The parallel ground conductor should be designed to resist the common mode and fault currents. Grounds and equipotential connections Overview. The basic purposes of connection and grounding applicable to unshielded and shielded wiring systems are as follows: - Safety: to limit contact voltage and provide a return path in the event of a fault to ground; - EMC: to have zero potential and equipotentiality, which provide a shielding effect. (Asturias-Spain) Test objectives In the tests at the El Padrún tunnels, it was especially taken into account that a fire might occur with the tunnel in service (see bibliography). It was deemed appropriate to perform a fire test in a real environment, in the tunnel itself. Even though this kind of testing could be performed in specialised laboratories, the extrapolation to a real scale could be complicated, and, of course, would have made it difficult to attain some of the most important objectives, which can be summarised as follows: - To maintain direct contact with the Civil Protection and Fire Fighting services that would have to intervene in the event of a fire. - To test materials that have been used traditionally in other tunnels. Fire test area, with a waterproofing layer and two cable tray models installed. - To study the movement of smoke in a tunnel fire, to measure the temperatures reached and to study the composition of the gases emitted. - To allow the fire to develop up to the maximum threshold and then have it extinguished by the Fire Department. Materials tested and measurements taken Cable Trays: Cable trays were fastened to the walls of the tunnel to house the energy cables (lighting, ventilation, communications, etc.). Two kinds of trays were tested: a PVC tray and a metal tray (Rejiband). Chemical Analysis of the Combustion: Possible products from the combustion. Toxic gases: - Carbon monoxide: Produced by the incomplete combustion of carbon, caused by combustion with an oxygen deficit. Highly toxic gas, which, added to the fact that it is colourless and odourless, is very dangerous. - Lack of oxygen: Produced by the needs of the combustion itself. In air, the concentration of oxygen is 21% by volume (nitrogen, 78%; oxygen, 21%; carbon dioxide, 0.035%, etc.). When the oxygen level falls to 12%, headaches and fatigue appear, and if it falls to 6%, death occurs after about 5 to 8 minutes. Tunnel in flames 115 Fire test in the tunnels of El Padrún. (Asturias-Spain) - Other gases: From the combustion of the various materials used, the following can be produced: Carbon dioxide, CO2. Hydrochloric acid, CIH. Phosgene, CI2CO. Hydrocyanic acid, CNH: Smoke: - Smoke is produced as a mixture of gases, droplets of liquids and solid particles that are given off in combustion and transported by air. - Even though the previously stated gases are more worrisome from the point of view of their toxicity, in a fire, smoke creates panic, and linked with a reduction in visibility, this almost always results in more victims than the fire itself. Results and conclusions Temperatures reached The maximum temperatures, in the section where the vehicles were set on fire, varied between 40º and 190º C, recorded by the probe at the keystone (straight above the fire). On the side faces of the same section, the maximum temperatures reached was 75º C. In the area behind the fire, in the direction of the gas motion impelled by the ventilation, the maximum temperatures measured were 60º at the keystone and 37º on the side faces. Smoke and gases produced The test clearly showed the fundamental importance of smoke production in a tunnel fire, given that it cancels out visibility in a very short period of time over long sections. Frequently, the reactions that may be caused by panic must be added to this difficulty. Behaviour of the tested materials Both the waterproofing layer as well as the PVC cable tray that were tested were rapidly sensitive to the effects of the fire (the metal tray was not affected at all). The PVC cable tray began to undergo a process of deformation due to the effect of heat, and continued to deform (without burning), thereby reaching a point where, if the tray held cables (its real task), the cables would have fallen or they would have held the tray. Final notes Reduction of visibility: After the fire, the area between the damaged vehicle and the smoke outlet filled completely with smoke within a few minutes. The solution to the problems that can occur in a tunnel in service have to be planned for, the material and human resources have to be operational (trained personnel are required), and they must all be backed up by the various entities that could be involved. 116 Product Index by Description Description Allen Screw Angle Hanger, Horizontal Angle Hanger, Vertical Angle Tray Angle Tray Fastener Beam Clamp Hanging Assembly Bend 90º Bend, Adjustable Bolt Cutters Box Support for Rejitech Box Support for Rejiband Cantilever Arm, Heavy Duty Cantilever Arm, Medium Duty Adjustable Cantilever Arm, Medium Duty Adjustable Click Cantilever Arm, Medium Duty Cantilever Arm, Medium Duty Click Ceiling Fastener (Rejitech) Ceiling Bracket Central Hanging Plate Central Joiner Central Suspension, Click Channel 41x21, Heavy Duty Channel 41x21, Medium Duty Channel 41x41, Heavy Duty Channel 41x41, Medium Duty Channel Nut Concrete Insert Channel Concrete Insert Channel Protector Cone Point Screw Connector Plate Connector, Click Cover, 90º Bend Cover, Crossover Cover, Inducanal Cover, Side Entry Cover, Tee Cover, Tray Crossover Data Outlet Divider Plate Earth Terminal Edge Protector Fixings Fixing Support for Rejiband Flange Nut, Serrated Hexagon Floor Foot Floor Foot Adhesive Gland Bracket Heavy Duty Pendant Boss Heavy Duty Pendant Channel Heavy Duty Pendant Drop, Double Heavy Duty Pendant Drop, Single Page 102 40-80 40-80 12-46 46 40-82 70-92 68 15 52 24 34-76 76 32 34-76 32 52 38-80 15-38-92 64 38 96 96 96 96 96 98 98 102 15-26-68 20 70-92 72 92 72 70 26-66 72 26 26-64 22-48 66 102 24 102 48 48 26-48 46-88 46-88 46-88 46-88 117 Description Identification Label Identification Plate Inducanal Inducanal Click Joiner Joint Clamp, Reinforced Mesh Channel Mesh Channel Click Mini Universal Bracket Nut, Hexagonal Omega Bracket Omega Ceiling Bracket Omega Ceiling Bracket Click Omega Click Bracket Omega Pendant Bracket Part Clamp Pemsaband Click Pemsaband Click Standard Pemsaband Click Solid Pemsaband Steel Cable Tray Pemsaband Perforated Pemsaband Solid Reducer Rejiband Rejiband False Floor Rejifix Rejitech Riser / Dropper Rod Connector Serrated Washers Shoulder Screw Side Entry Side Joint Plate Side Support 60 Splice Plate Splice Plate N3 Stand Off Bracket Supports And Structures Tee Threaded Rod Universal Bracket Universal Bracket (Pemsaband) Variable Ceiling Rod Bracket Washers Wire End Cap Zinc Paint Spray 118 Page 26-64 24 90 91 64 15-20-48 40-82 40 30 102 34-76 44-86 44 32 44-86 15-22 62 63 63 54 58 60 66 10-48 48 24-68 12-50-52 66 38-80 102 102 72 20 30-38 15-22 100 30-64 94 70 38-80-92 26 68-92 38-80 102 20 22-68 Product Index by Reference Number Ref Description Finish 60211100 60211200 60211300 60211400 60212060 60212100 60212150 60212200 60212300 60212400 60212500 60212600 60213200 60213300 60213400 60213500 60213600 60215020 60220000 60221100 60221200 60221300 60221400 60222060 60222100 60222150 60222200 60222300 60222400 60222500 60222600 60223200 60223300 60223400 60223500 60223600 60225020 60230000 60231100 60231200 60231300 60231400 60232060 60232100 60232150 60232200 60232300 60232400 60232500 60232600 60233200 60233300 60233400 60233500 60233600 60250000 60251100 60251200 60251300 60251400 60252060 60252100 60252150 60252200 60252300 60252400 60252500 60252600 60253200 REJIBAND 35x100 REJIBAND 35x200 REJIBAND 35x300 REJIBAND 35x400 REJIBAND 60x060 REJIBAND 60x100 REJIBAND 60x150 REJIBAND 60x200 REJIBAND 60x300 REJIBAND 60x400 REJIBAND 60x500 REJIBAND 60x600 REJIBAND 100x200 REJIBAND 100x300 REJIBAND 100x400 REJIBAND 100x500 REJIBAND 100x400 REJITECH FALSE CEILING TRAY 60x100 ANGLE WIRE MESH TRAY REJIBAND 35x100 REJIBAND 35x200 REJIBAND 35x300 REJIBAND 35x400 REJIBAND 60x060 REJIBAND 60x100 REJIBAND 60x150 REJIBAND 60x200 REJIBAND 60x300 REJIBAND 60x400 REJIBAND 60x500 REJIBAND 60x600 REJIBAND 100x200 REJIBAND 100x300 REJIBAND 100x400 REJIBAND 100x500 REJIBAND 100x600 REJITECH FALSE CEILING TRAY 60x100 ANGLE WIRE MESH TRAY REJIBAND 35x100 REJIBAND 35x200 REJIBAND 35x300 REJIBAND 35x400 REJIBAND 60x060 REJIBAND 60x100 REJIBAND 60x150 REJIBAND 60x200 REJIBAND 60x300 REJIBAND 60x400 REJIBAND 60x500 REJIBAND 60x600 REJIBAND 100x200 REJIBAND 100x300 REJIBAND 100x400 REJIBAND 100x500 REJIBAND 100x600 ANGLE WIRE MESH TRAY REJIBAND 35x100 REJIBAND 35x200 REJIBAND 35x300 REJIBAND 35x400 REJIBAND 60x060 REJIBAND 60x100 REJIBAND 60x150 REJIBAND 60x200 REJIBAND 60x300 REJIBAND 60x400 REJIBAND 60x500 REJIBAND 60x600 REJIBAND 100x200 E.G.
