Relevant Experience – ERCOT NMMS Solution
 Program Manager for Network Model and Management System
(NMMS) integrated with operations, planning, and TDSPs in
ERCOT territory
 Created requirements and design for NMMS solution
 Significantly extended CIM 61970 to create classes and
attributes for NMMS solution to provide model for EMS, MMS,
settlements, and TDSP operations and planning models
 Solution incorporated 3 EMS vendors requirements (AREVA,
ABB, Siemens), over 10 TDSP requirements, and commercial
and reliability requirements.
 CIM class extensions are currently being reviewed by
international body for approval
