Designed a 150 TPD of MSW to operate in a WTE facilities. System was
designed to process various materials from RDF. System will be operational in
late 2014. HTT duties included project evaluation, permitting assistance, site
installation interactions and discussions with local, regional and nationally
relevant personnel. HTT has designed and will assist in the installation of the
system and assisted in training on-site personnel. The system afterburner was
designed to operate at 2000 Fahrenheit with a 1 second residence time. Main
chamber was 504 in x 96 in dia x 76 in ID and included a fully hinged access
interface door and screw hopper using an AC VFD drive motor system.

TUCSON METAL, Tucson, AR 85713 - ROTARY KILN
520-884-1554, Mr. Steve Kippur
The Rotary Kiln was used located in El Paso, Tx. System was used to burn 500
LB/hr of drugs and misc confiscated materials. The Rotary Kiln was manual feed
because of the many types of things that needed to be destroyed. System was
used by the DEA, US Dept. of Immigration, and the FBI.

PCB PROCESSING PLANTDesigned and built the largest PCB Process Furnace in the US. Personally
designed one of the one of the largest liquid and solid waste PCB processing
plants in the US. The system was installed for Environmental Protection Services
in Wheeling, WV. Duties included repair and modifications of their existing
equipment, project evaluation, strategy interactions and discussions with relevant
personnel. Subsequently designed and installed the system and assisted in
training on-site personnel. The system afterburner was designed to operate at
2200 Fahrenheit with a 2 second residence time. Main chamber was 24’ x 12’ x
14’ ID (LWH) and included a full width double hinge door with pneumatic seals,
tank car design where entire floor of furnace (12’ x 24’) is a moving hearth using
a dc drive motor system on rails.
Metallic Corp, Greensville, NC - 2006
DUAL PROCESS FURNACE - 252-413-0246, John Santos
Personally designed and built one of the one of the largest Dual Chamber liquid
and solid waste precious metal processing plants in the US. The system was
installed for Metallix Corp, Greenville, NC. Duties included project evaluation,
strategy interactions and discussions with relevant personnel. Subsequently
designed and installed the system and assisted in training on-site personnel.
The system afterburner was designed to operate at 2200 Fahrenheit with a 2
second residence time. Main chamber was 24’ x 12’ x 14’ ID (LWH) and included
a full width double hinge door with pneumatic seals, tank car design where entire

VANGUARD RESEARCH, S. Plainfield, NJ 07080 – 1988/2005
3 Process Furnaces
HTT installed a Rotary Kiln Process dryer in 2001 at Vanguard Research. We
installed a thermal reduction system with a single afterburner, made by HITEMP
TECH for processing low and high BTU solid waste (3,000 - 18,000 BTU/lb). The
systems included primary and secondary chambers, natural gas burners, gas
mixing carburetor, moving hearth, refractory lined stack, venturi, packed tower
scrubber, induced draft fan, baghouse, and Nema 4 controls. The system was
designed using a PLC with touch panel control and monitoring system for
interfacing with the scrubber. Systems were each designed for 3 MM BTU/hr
heat release or 500 lb/hr design. We also installed a 300 lb/hr rotary kiln dryer
system using natural gas for drying sludge. Exhaust was also ducted into the
scrubber/baghouse.
Nasreya Center - Hazardous Waste Disposal – Alexandria Egypt
Deif Soliman, +20 122 442 6579
Designed, fabricated, installed on site a Hazardous Solid Waste
incineration system. System was shipped in a Sealand Container.
Site prep included setting the system on pad, erection, piping, wiring,
startup, and operator training.

Mr Ajit, 716-683-8334
(2) Process furnaces for precious metal recovery. During the summers of 2005
and 2008 we installed 2 thermal reduction systems, made by HITEMP TECH for
processing low and high BTU solid waste (3,000 -18,000 BTU/lb) . The systems
included primary and secondary chambers, natural gas burners, gas mixing
carburetor, moving hearth with VFD motor control, refractory lined stack, and
Nema 4 controls. Systems were designed for 6 MM BTU/hr heat release or 1000
lb/hr design. The systems are currently operating near Buffalo NY.
