The new 4400 Xtreme can spray any type of the new generation of spray paints (WATER
AND HS) using the lowest spray pressure and air consumption in the market and provide
a high transfer efficiency and optimum product performance.
Designed to obtain the highest gloss with the new HS spray paints and the highest colour
uniformity with the most complex water based metallized.
The innovative design combines ergonomic stilying, light weight, reduced body, and wellbalanced spraying.
Manufactured in a high resistance aluminium with a single mechanic spindle. Robust built,
requires minimum maintenance and cleaning.
Besides, the 4400 Xtreme incorporates a revolutionary technology such as:
- Digital system arranged on the gun body that incorporates a stainless steel
display device (unique in the marktet) in complience with ATEX regulations.
- Innovative sysmet of air distribution in air cap provides finest atomisation and
high pattern control.

The new 4400 Xtreme can spray any type of the new generation of spray paints
(WATER AND HS) using the lowest spray pressure and air consumption in the
market and provide a high transfer efficiency and optimum product performance.
The XTREME HVLP innovative atomisation systems provides a high transfer
efficiency up to 75% of transference and a low pressure outlet of 0,68 bar which
allows the best envirommental working conditions for the operator due to the
low overspray.
The new air cap head RXT03 HVLP is perfect for colour distribu tion in fillers,
metallics, stains, and obtains a high gloss finishes in enamels, varnishes, lacquers,
basecoats.
The 4400 Xtreme incorporates a revolutionary technology such as:

Sagola 450 spray gun is an ideal tool to get a high quality finish in high industrial
productions. It employs the atomizing system HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) capable
to reach a product transfer over 72% with the consequent product saving and mist
reduction.
This gun, manufactured by means of an advanced process of mechanized that eliminates
o-rings, is ideal for high productions. It has got a single mechanic spindle, so number of
spares reduce considerably, and consequently the maintenance cost.
Special versions with air cap number 600 for very high speed applications in 450 B model.
