RN-BSN Program Cal State Fullerton, School of Nursing Admission Requirements Program Pathways University Admission Requirements • Completion of at least 60 transferable semester units • Transferable cumulative or last 60 units GPA of at least 2.75 (on a 4.0 scale) • Completion of the Golden Four general education prerequisite courses: Oral Communication (CSU GE Area: A1) Written Communication (CSU GE Area: A2) Critical Thinking (CSU GE Area: A3) College Level Math (CSU GE Area: B4) • Completed University application (CSUmentor.edu) Fall Deadline: November 30th Spring Deadline: August 31st School of Nursing Admission Requirements • An Associate Degree in Nursing (or equivalent) from an accredited institution • Completion of the Nursing prerequisite courses with a grade of C or better: Anatomy with Lab Physiology with Lab Microbiology with Lab Chemistry Statistics • Current CA RN license or eligibility for a CA RN license (must obtain prior to 2nd semester in the program) • Completed RN-BSN Nursing application (nursing.fullerton.edu) Fall Deadline: March 1st Campus Pathway • Full-time or Part-time • Can be completed in three to six semesters (one to two years) • Courses offered at the Fullerton Campus • Some courses offered at the Irvine Campus • Fee Information: sfs.fullerton.edu Spring Deadline: October 1st Distance (Online) Pathway For More Information nursing.fullerton.edu | nursing@fullerton.edu | 657-278-3336 • Part-time • Six semesters (two years) in length • All but two classes are online • The two face-to-face courses are at a disance location in Orange, Riverside, or LA county • Fee Information: sfs.fullerton.edu • Distance Fees: $50/lecture unit and $100/lab unit
