Theft at work is generally considered to be an issue of serious misconduct which will justify
dismissal, yet when you are an employer or HR manager and you are faced with an instance
of theft it becomes more challenging as you must ensure that you are following the proper
industrial relations practice.
This programme therefore seeks to provide participants with the do’s and don’ts when dealing
with the issues of theft in the workplace.
