So What Exactly is Ormus? June 1, 2011, Denver, U.S.A. That’s been the subject of decades – perhaps centuries - of debate. Here’s what we do know: Ormus is derived from ORMEs, or Orbitally Rearranged Monoatomic Elements, a name patented by Arizonian David Hudson in the late 1970s for the substance he was able to create from minerals found on his farm, and later popularised by author and researcher Laurence Gardner. But the concept of Ormus is not new – scientists, philosophers and medicine men have been in pursuit of these substances since the dawn of civilisation. Found in just about everything – water, plants, soil and minerals including gold and platinum – monoatomic elements exist in a pure m-state, just an atom or two. Through the ancient art and science of alchemy (some believe that the legendary “Philosopher’s Stone” might have been a version of Ormus), these elements can be extracted. Ormus-rich substances – notably water – can also be found in areas that are particularly rich in minerals, such as the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. While scientific data is varied and complicated, many believe in the simple idea that Ormus-enriched waters and oils have positive effects on humans, animals and plants. Hydration, skin texture, energy, vitality and cell health are all said to benefit from Ormus. Ready to give it a try? At the Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Denver, the Signature High-Altitude Revitalizing Gemstone Ormus Ritual includes a bath in Colorado-sourced Ormus water infused with mountain salts, as well as a massage with gemstone-infused Ormus oils. Whether it’s the Ormus or the caring hands of a Four Seasons spa therapist, it’s sure to make one feel better than ever. 1 RELATED December 16, 2014, Denver, U.S.A.
