• The transfer service and hotel´s rates, under the conditions given, will be valid between 29th May 2012 and 3rd June 2012, inclusive. In the event of your
needing transfer and accommodation on days other than the dates mentioned, please contact the Seminar's official production agency, EPConvenciones (see

• The transfer service operates between Cancun International Airport and the Seminar's Hotel Venue, and vice versa.
• The distance between Cancun International Airport and the Seminar's Hotel Venue is 23.1 kms. (approximately 28 minutes by car in normal traffic conditions).

8. GENERAL RESERVATION CONDITIONS
• All reservations must be duly acredited with payment back-up. Reservations not backed up by the TOTAL PAYMENT cannot be confirmed.
• Payment deadline: 30th April 2012. After that date there is no guarantee of room availability at the Seminar's Hotel Venue.
IMPORTANT: THE TOTAL PAYMENT by credit card WILL BE CHARGED at the point of requesting the reservation.
9. REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
* Send this form by Email or fax ,with all your information filled in clearly and legibly, before the deadline given (see contact information at the end of this form).
* Please confirm that your registration has been received by EPConvenciones.
• In the case of a bank transfer, please send the counterfoil of the deposit (Bank SWIFT) by Email or fax and confirm its reception (see contact information at the
end of this form).
* You will receive a registration confirmation and invoice for services from EPConvenciones by Email.

10. CANCELLATION POLICIES
Between 15th January and 15th March 2012: 100% refund less fee for administration expenses.
Between 16th March and 20th April 2012: 75% refund, less fee for administration expenses.
Between 21st April and 30th April 2012: 50% refund less fee for administration expenses.
As from 1st May 2012 there will be no refunds on items included under lodging, transfers and optional activities.
