Quest Expeditions is dedicated to providing
you a quality whitewater experience with lots of fun.
You’ll find that our personal service and attention to
details extend well beyond just your trip. We truly

enthusiasm, knowledge and love of the river with
you. Quest Expeditions, Inc. is a licensed professional

Directions
Quest Expeditions is located 45 minutes NE of
Chattanooga in Ocoee, TN. Travel time from Atlanta and
Knoxville is 2 hours; Nashville and Birmingham is 3 hours;
Gatlinburg is 2-1/2 hours.
From Chattanooga - take I-75 north to exit #20, turn right
at end of ramp and merge onto Hwy.64 bypass, travel
6-1/2 miles to the exit for Hwy. 64 east and Ocoee. Take
Hwy. 64 east and travel 7.4 miles to Quest Expeditions
which is on the left.
From Knoxville - take I-75 south to exit #25, turn right at
end of ramp onto Hwy.60 south and travel 4 miles to the
exit for Hwy. 64 east and Ocoee. Take Hwy. 64 east and
travel 7.6 miles to Quest Expeditions which is on the left.
From Atlanta - take I-75 north to exit #293, take Hwy. 411
north for 65 miles to the junction for Hwy.64. Take Hwy. 64
east for 300 yards to Quest Expeditions which is on the left.

Rafting The Middle Ocoee River
The traditional middle section of the Ocoee River
is a true world-class whitewater adventure! Flowing
through a deep gorge with spectacular scenery in the
Cherokee National Forest, the Ocoee River overflows
with fun through five miles of continuous class III
and IV rapids. You’ll run big waves and thrilling drops
through famous rapids such as Broken Nose,
Tablesaw, Diamond Splitter and many more.
The traditional middle section of the Ocoee River
is dam-controlled and assures us a powerful water
flow on weekends during the spring and fall, and
Thursday through Monday in June, July and August.
Sorry no trips Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

UpperOcoee,FullRiver&ComboTrips
The Upper Ocoee River provides 5 miles of big
water fun with high excitement as you challenge the
rapids in the 1996 Olympic Whitewater Course.
Our Full River Trip includes the Upper and
Middle Ocoee River, a riverside lunch served along
the Olympic section and limited trip size to provide
you the finest 10 miles of whitewater in the southeast.
The Upper/Middle Combo Trip includes both
sections of the river for great value on select
Saturdays (lunch not included).
Upper Ocoee, Full River and Combo Trips are
only available weekends, May through September.
Plan 4 hours with us for the Upper Ocoee, 7 hours
for the Full River and 6 hours for the Combo.
No Experience Necessary
A trained and experienced guide accompanies
each raft on our Ocoee whitewater rafting trips.
Our Ocoee River rafting trips guarantee non-stop
excitement for everyone 12 years of age and older.

Group Outings
The Ocoee River is an excellent
choice for an exciting, fun-filled,
wholesome outdoor adventure. Many
churches, families, and corporate
groups plan a full day with us. Plan
extra time at our exceptional facilities
to play volleyball on our sand court
and enjoy a picnic at our covered pavilion or a catered
meal from our cafe. From beginning to end, we’ll gladly
help you plan the perfect group outing.

The Undiscovered Seasons
Spring and fall are truly undiscovered seasons and a
perfect time to enjoy a rafting trip on the Ocoee River.
Spring generally brings the excitement of higher water,
and autumn displays the brilliant colors of the fall foliage.
Added benefits during the spring and fall seasons are the
small crowds and the super discount rates that are available in April, May, September and October.
Safety
Quest Expeditions, Inc. makes
every reasonable effort to provide
you a safe trip. Our guides participate in an extensive
training program that promotes guide skills, river safety,
and training in First Aid and CPR. However, we want you
to know that whitewater rafting can be physically
demanding, and has certain elements of danger beyond
our control. Quest Expeditions, Inc. does not assume
responsibility for loss of property, illness, personal injury
or death. All participants must sign a release form and be
in good health. We reserve the right to refuse services to
anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Participants must fit in our type V lifejacket with a chest
size no larger that 56 inches.
How To Dress & Photos
Wear T-shirt, sneakers, shorts or a bathing suit. Plan on
getting wet! Bring dry clothes, shoes and towel for after
the river trip. Dressing rooms and showers are available.
Color photos are available for purchase after your trip.
Reservations
The New
Quest Expeditions
We recommend reservations for groups
and weekend trips. We’ll need to know the
number in your party and the date you wish
to go. Full payment is required to confirm
your reservations and is due when reservations
are made, unless other arrangements have
been made. We welcome walk-ins with available space. Be sure you and your party are
aware of our cancellation and refund policy.*
It is important to arrive 30 minutes prior to your
trip time. Trips go rain or shine, and depart on
Eastern Time. Minimum age to raft is 12 years
of age. All major credit cards accepted.
New Rafting Headquarters
At the new rafting headquarters you'll find all
new amenities and improvements. A large airconditioned retail store, expanded check-in area
and photo shop. Improved changing rooms have
been added with private changing areas for women.
Outside you'll find additional lounging areas, picnic
space to expanded parking. You’ll enjoy our full
service café serving a popular menu of river fare
and catered meals.

Facility
The new conference
room offers meeting
space for up to 75 in
theatre format, 48 in
banquet with other
configurations available. Wireless Internet
along with additional audiovisual, flat screen TV
with cable service, private bathroom and catering
are among the services available for your gathering.
Rate is $75.00 for 4 hours, $125.00 for 8 hours.
New Group Lodging
Our group bunkhouses provide convenient and
economical lodging for groups as large as 76 located
at the rafting outpost so no additional traveling is
required. We have two 30-person bunkhouses and one
16-person bunkhouse. Each has central heat/air, bunk
beds, refrigerator, bathrooms, a covered front porch
and access to our covered pavilion with grills for cooking.
Enjoy the convenience of catered meals utilizing our
on-site café. Bring your own pillow, sleeping bag or
sheets and blanket along with towel. Rates begin
at $200.00/night for the small bunkhouse and
$250.00/night for the large bunkhouses, plus tax.
Cabin Rentals
Spend the night and
relax at our fully-furnished
rustic cabins surrounded
by acres of hardwood
trees and the Cherokee
National Forest.
Cabins are furnished
with all bed linens, complete kitchen, charcoal
grill, large covered porch, satellite TV and central heat and
air. Play volleyball at the sand court, pitch horseshoes
or enjoy the outdoor fireplace. Cabins are located just
minutes from restaurants, stores, Lake Ocoee and the
Chilhowee Recreational Area. One, two and three
bedroom cabins available. Rates begin at $125.00 per
night plus tax when rafting with Quest. Two night
minimum rental on weekends.
Pricing - 2016 Ocoee River
Our price includes all tax, fees, guides, the
finest equipment, and the services of a professional,
knowledgeable and friendly staff. Group rates are
for parties of 8 or more, and when reservations
and payments are made by one person.
