Meeting Space Guidelines
■■ To schedule a meeting, please complete
our online Meeting Space Request Form at
DanielsFund.org/Meeting-Space
■■ Requests are considered in the order
received, and we recommend submitting
your request at least 30 days prior to the
desired meeting date.
■■ Reservations may be requested up to 4
months in advance.
■■ The total number of meetings for any
organization may be limited within a given
time frame, and any single event may not
exceed 3 consecutive days.
■■ Organizations are generally not permitted
to charge attendees for any aspect of the
meeting (other than for catering).
■■ Our
accessible ramp is located on the
east side of the building on Monroe Street.
■■ Vending machines are located near the
catering kitchen.
■■ Restrooms accessible to all our guests are
located on the first floor.
■■ As our building is a working facility, we ask
all guests to remain in their Meeting Space
area unless using the restrooms.
■■ All guests must enter and exit only through
the main entrance.
■■ Please assign a greeter at the main
entrance to direct arriving guests to your
meeting (applies only to evening and
Saturday meetings).

e are pleased to offer the Daniels Fund Meeting Space free-of-charge to 501(c)(3) nonprofit
organizations engaged in charitable activities that benefit the citizens of Colorado, New Mexico,
Utah, or Wyoming, as well as public entities operating in these states. Our goal is to create a warm and
welcoming environment that results in productive meetings, retreats, and training sessions. Meeting
rooms are available in a variety of sizes and configurations, and we offer dedicated on-site parking as
an added convenience for you and your guests.
If you have reserved Meeting Space and
need to cancel your reservation, email
MeetingSpace@DanielsFund.org. Provide
your name, the name of the organization, and
the meeting date(s) to be canceled.
■■ Meeting rooms are equipped with projectors
and projection screens for laptop or tablet
presentations (please bring any adapters
required for video output from your device
via VGA or HDMI).
Please send any cancellation notification at
least 10 business days in advance. This allows
us to offer the space to other organizations.
We understand that inclement weather or
other urgent situations can result in
cancellations with less advance notice.

played using the meeting room’s speaker
system.

Limited internet access is available in meeting
rooms via our wireless guest network.

■■ Internet access is limited to standard
websites (no custom ports, services, or
VPNs are permitted).
If your meeting includes a meal, please use
an approved caterer (see Catering Options
at DanielsFund.org/Meeting-Space).
Organizations may bring coffee, soft drinks,
and snacks such as pastries, bagels, cookies,
and fruit. Other outside food (purchased or
homemade) is not permitted.
Complimentary bottled water is provided.
■■ Only laptops and tablets may be connected
to our wireless network. Wired or wireless
hubs, switches, routers, etc. may not be
connected.
■■ Technical assistance is limited to
establishing internet connectivity and
audio/visual output from Daniels Fund
laptops, or your laptop or tablet.
■■ Please note that connectivity from your
computer is not guaranteed, and additional
troubleshooting cannot be provided.
■■ Internet access can be provided only after
your meeting coordinator has signed the
Internet Use Agreement, which is included
as part of the online Meeting Space
Request Form.
You are responsible for the set-up and cleanup of the meeting rooms you use. Please leave
the meeting room clean and return tables and
chairs to the standard layout. After your event
and prior to departing, notify the Receptionist.
Organizations may be asked to reimburse the
Daniels Fund for damage to Meeting Space
facilities or equipment.
■■ Food and beverages should be discarded
only in the catering kitchen.
■■ Trash and recyclables from your meeting
room should be placed in the appropriate
containers located in the catering kitchen.
Our parking lot is located at 1st Avenue and
Madison Street, immediately to the west
of our building. Enter from Madison Street.
Parking is complimentary. The gate will open
automatically upon entry or exit, and no code
is needed.
Daniels Fund is located in a residential
neighborhood. Please ask your guests to
read our Daniels Fund Parking Information
(DanielsFund.org/Meeting-Space then select
Parking and Map).
Underground accessible parking is
available upon request.

at the Daniels Fund. Please notify the Daniels
Fund in advance about any potential media
coverage of activities taking place in our
Meeting Space.
