Neither club can afford to waste scarce resources on players who are unavailable for selection. If players are unavailable they must communicate this with their registered club at least one match prior to selections (unless unavoidable and in that event ASAP). Players habitually unavailable will be cut from the Pathway squad. Players are expected to train to improve and under the instruction of the coaching staff. North Sydney Premier Cricket-Roseville District Shires Pathway Program 2016-17 13 Expectations Pathway players are expected to train. The purpose of the pathway is to gain entry and that requires a commitment to continuous improvement. Pathway players must wear training apparel at all training sessions.
