Neither the Bayport-Blue Point Chamber of Commerce, its Directors or Officers, or Bayport

2016. I, the undersigned, along with any of my representatives shall not be a party to any legal

Each Exhibitor will be assigned a display space consisting of an 8’ table with a coordinating
tablecover on which to display samples and literature about your business. We would suggest
professionally produced color signage to both enhance your image and maintain the integrity
and quality of the show itself.

successful event, we will do our best to accommodate as many businesses as we can. Please respond

The Expo will run from 4pm to 8pm, and it
will provide an excellent opportunity to show your
products and services in a creative and attractive
way. While there are no sales transactions at the
event, product sampling and business card exchanges are greatly encouraged.
