frontage to Main Street and return frontage to public car park
entrance of 48m.
The hotel is designed for ease of management with ground
floor reception leading to Dillon’s Bar which has separate
street access. This split level lounge which is popular with
locals and hotel guests is designed with front and rear bar
and is fitted in traditional style with areas suitable for casual
dining in a relaxed atmosphere.
At lower ground floor is Lannigan’s Restaurant which was
recently tastefully refurbished to provide dining for up to
90 patrons. At present the restaurant is primiarly in use for
guest breakfast, tour lunches and dinner and weekend dining.
