[ About the Speaker
Rachel Chazen possesses 20 plus years of experience in the
adult learning arena and is the Manager, Knowledge and
Innovation at Teksoft Ventures, Inc. She has oversight
responsibility for all eLearning developed by the department,
as well as the tools utilized throughout the company. Rachel
also serves as a client engagement Training Project Manager
and Sr. SAP FI/CO training developer for Teksoft Ventures,
Inc.
Rachel has enjoyed researching the use of entertainment in
the learning environment and using the results of her
research. Be it classroom, virtual, or self-paced eLearning,
“Edutainment” is the future of training.
