Greeting Brothers and Co-Workers:
I hope everyone is fine and doing well. I wish everyone a fun and safe Labor Day.
Recently it was brought to my attention that some of the members of our great
Moose Lodge feel as if they are no longer welcome to come to our Lodge. This is not
true, all members of our lodge are always welcome and no one should ever feel this
way. My vision of our Moose Lodge was that we could all come together, communicate and be one large happy family. The only way this can happen is if we all communicate and we all listen to each other and not place judgment on each other. The only way
this can happen is if we all look at each other as the brothers and sisters that we are,
because as a Moose member, we all should share the same thoughts and beliefs. Which
are the children and the seniors.
If anyone would like to sit and talk with me, I'm here to listen. We are and need
to be a happy and supportive family. Yes, I said family. I don't care what you would
like to talk about or what group it may involve, I will listen and try to help that group or
individual. As a family this is what we need to do. Will everyone be happy or pleased,
not always, but that is how a family works. Think back to the last time you may have
had a problem in your family and what the end result was, was it right or wrong, we
may never know. Yet, we all have opinions and most of us always think ours is the
best. The common denominator is a family can and will work through the tough times
and come back together as one.
Now on the lighter side of life. Football season is only a few weeks away. I know we
have a lot of fans at the Lodge, it might be college or NFL. I hope your team has a great
year and we all are happy at the end of the season. With that said I know I will see a lot
of Hawkeye fans on Saturdays this fall and the NFL fans on Sunday.
I all most forgot "Go Bison"!!!
God bless Mooseheart and Moosehaven!!
Dean E. Reinke, Governor

The future of the Women of the Moose is bright as we continue to
provide for those dependent upon us for their very existence. Your
membership allows us to achieve greater accomplishments. The
Moose adhere to the principle, “ A burden heavy to one is borne
lightly by many,” and we have proven time and again that we practice
what we preach. The future of Mooseheart and Moosehaven is in our
hands so we need your help in order to provide for our twin cities for
the next 100 years and beyond, we must grow the membership of this
Fraternity to levels capable of fulfilling OUR mission, THEIR Dream. We
need you because they need us. Inviting your family, friends and
associates to join us in our commitment of service to others is a
wonderful way.
Our meetings are the 1st. and 3rd Tuesday of the month at 6:30
p.m. We are the Women of the Moose and we are honored
to include you into our Circle.
In FAITH, HOPE AND CHARITY,
Louise, Janette, Julie, Bettie and Cindi
