Sitting in a comfy chair in front of a roaring fire, in the grandeur of
the main hall with an aperitif before the house party starts could
be the beginning of a perfect Christmas at Eynsham Hall.
Set in the heart of a 3,000 acre country estate 12 miles from
Oxford, let the ambience of this Grade II listed manor house
envelop you this festive season. From the beginning of December
there will be festive lunches in our Brasserie Restaurant. If you
fancy a bit of a knees up with friends or colleagues, book a table at
one of our fabulous Christmas Casino House Parties.
And what’s more important than family at Christmas? Celebrate
with us on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day with our
new three day Christmas Package. Bring the children for Lunch
with Santa or join us for our annual New Year’s Eve Dinner Dance.

House Parties
Eynsham Hall is the perfect country house setting for your annual
Christmas get together. Whether with good friends or esteemed
work colleagues, Eynsham Hall will lay on a party to get you into the

Saturday 24th December
Arrive at your leisure and settle in to one of our
newly refurbished Main Hall rooms.
Early evening join old and new friends for drinks and canapés,
followed by a delicious four course dinner in the dining room.
You are invited to attend Midnight Mass at the local parish church,
St Mary’s, in the village, returning afterwards to hot chocolate
and mince pies by the roaring log fire.
Christmas Day
Sunday 25th December
A blissful day of celebration. With stockings to unwrap and presents
to enjoy after a sumptuous Bucks Fizz breakfast to get the day off to a
cracking start. Midday is marked by a Champagne reception followed by
a traditional five course Christmas lunch, the highlight of the day.
Watch the Queen's speech or take a stroll around the grounds or play
cards and board games in the lounge. In the evening, enjoy a festive
buffet featuring the best local produce.
Boxing Day
Monday 26th December
After a hearty English breakfast join the bargain hunters at Bicester
Village, enjoy a stroll around the grounds of Blenheim Palace
or an afternoon pantomime trip at the Oxford Playhouse
(booking essential at the time of reservation. Subject to availability).
In the evening, complete your Cotswolds Christmas
with a farewell four course meal in the dining room.

For Auld
Lang Syne
The most exciting evening of the year deserves to be spent somewhere
special. Our friendly team will create a night to remember. Check in from
2.30pm and unwind with a swim or enjoy a walk through the gardens.
Afternoon tea will be served from 3.00pm until 5.00pm.
From 8.00pm we welcome the New Year in style with a five course dinner
followed by dancing your way through the decades and into 2017.
New Year’s Day brunch is served from 9.00am until 11.00am
after which you are welcome to make a start on those
resolutions by taking advantage of our leisure facilities or having
a gentle stroll through Eynsham Hall’s beautiful grounds.

Terms & Conditions
General Terms & Conditions
All bookings are subject to availability. Please telephone
to make a provisional booking before sending a deposit.
Provisional bookings will be held for 10 days, after which
they will be released. Confirmation of your booking will be
sent to you once the deposit has been received.
All prices include VAT.
Please note that Eynsham Hall is a non-smoking venue.
All monies paid are non-refundable and non-transferable to
other goods or services. Cheques should be made payable
to Eynsham Hall Limited. All monies paid by credit card will
levy a 3% surcharge.
Whilst every effort will be made for special seating
arrangements, these cannot be guaranteed. House party
nights and festive lunches will be seated in mixed dining
rooms, unless a private room is pre-booked.
No alcohol or other beverages may be brought into Eynsham
Hall for consumption.
Details are correct at the time of going to press but may
be subject to alteration without prior notice.
Minimum numbers must be guaranteed at confirmation of
booking. Final numbers must be confirmed and paid two
weeks prior to your event, together with any pre-ordered
wine which is to be charged to the main account.
No refunds will be given after that date and any additional
guests should be paid for by credit card at the time of booking.
No party bookings may be charged to account.
Once a booking is confirmed, should you cancel the event
we will endeavour to re-sell the space with similar numbers
of guests.You will be liable for any financial difference.
For party nights, a deposit of £15.00 per person (non
refundable) is required to confirm the booking. In the event
that some guests do cancel, their deposits are non refundable
despite other members of the party still attending.
The minimum age for attending Christmas Party Nights at
Eynsham Hall is 18 years.
Accommodation of 10 bedrooms or more will be subject
to our extended terms and conditions of business for larger
parties, a copy of which is available upon request.
Silly string, candles and all aerosol sprays are not permitted
at Eynsham Hall as they can cause damage to textiles, fabrics
and furniture.
A separate contract will be issued for party bookings over 30
guests and will be issued upon verbal confirmation of booking
and will be subject to our extended terms and conditions
of business for larger parties, a copy of which is available
upon request
Party organisers are asked to inform everyone in their
party of these terms and conditions. Additionally, any guest
whose behaviour gives the management concern in any way
whatsoever will be asked to leave or will be refused admission.
Any damages will be charged for.
Accommodation booked by individuals should be guaranteed
by a credit card number and is subject to a 100% cancellation
fee if not cancelled by 2.30pm the day prior to the reservation.
Accommodation booked by the company must be confirmed
and paid in full two weeks prior to your event.
Please note that Eynsham Hall Limited cannot guarantee
that any products are free from nuts or derivatives and that
fish products are free from all bones. Any special dietary
requirements should be notified to Eynsham Hall in writing
prior to your event.
No refunds for cancelled accommodation will be made unless
the rooms are resold.
Force Majeure
Eynsham Hall shall incur no liability to the client if
performance of this agreement is prevented or hindered by
any case whatsoever beyond the control of Eynsham Hall
and in particular but without prejudice to the generality
of the foregoing by Act of God, war, riot, civil commotions,
Government controls restrictions or prohibitions or any
other Government act or omissions whether local or national,
fire, flood, subsidence, sabotage, accident, strike, or lock out of
Eynsham Hall or suppliers and shall not be liable for any loss
or damage resulting therefrom suffered by the client.
In the event of bad weather, please contact Eynsham Hall on
the day of your event via the main switchboard 01993 885200
by midday to check if your event is still running.
Additional Party Nights Terms & Conditions
All events which take place in the Brasserie, Library and
Red Dining Rooms will be cleared at midnight.
Casino tables will operate from 9.30pm - 11.30pm.
Additional Terms and Conditions for New Year’s
Eve and Lunch with Santa
For Luncheons with Santa & our New Year’s Eve event, we
ask for full payment at time of booking. Payment of your
deposit confirms your acceptance of our terms and
conditions.
Dancing till 1.00am. New Year’s Eve 2.00am.
New Year’s Eve packages must be settled in full by the
individual who signs our terms and conditions. Unfortunately,
Eynsham Hall cannot accept part payment from individual
party members.
Christmas Three Day Package Terms and
Conditions
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking
The full balance is due by 1st November 2016. Any payments
made are non-refundable.
Theatre tickets are subject to availability. Prices on request.
