Allanimalsexhibitedmustberegisteredintheirrespectiveherdbooks,unlessenteredincommercials,gradeor marketclasses.Registrationnameandnumbermustbegivenattimeofentry.Allregistrationcertificatesmust beavailableforexaminationbytheDepartmentSuperintendentatanytime. 18. Tickets.Admissiontogroundsbyticketonly. 19. EntryFees.AllexhibitorswillbechargedanentryfeeoneacharticleenteredasdefinedbyDepartmentRules. 20. Liability.Everypossibleprotection 21. PaymentofPremiums.Premiumcheckswillbepaidtothewinnersofthevariousawardsasshownonthe Judge’srecords.Exhibittakenfromfairpriortopublishedreleasetimewillforfeitpremiums.Inpaying premiums,noevidenceofawardshallberecognizedexcepttheJudges’bookproperlysignedbytheJudgesand notfromribbonsthatmaybeattachedtoexhibits.Shouldstormyweatherorunavoidableoccurrenceinterpose thefairtoreducethenetreceiptsbelowtherequiredpremiums,theManagementreservestherighttopay premiumsonaproratabasisafterallexpenseispaid.Premiumswillbepaidwithin60daysofthecloseofthe Fair.Allchecksissuedforpremiumsmustbepresentedforpaymentwithin60daysfromthedateofissuance. Judges.Asfaraspossiblethesinglejudgesystemwillruleandgreatcarewillbetakentoselectthosewhoare qualified.Nopersonorpersonswillbeallowedtointerferewiththejudgeinthedischargeoftheirduties. PersonswishingtoexplaininregardtotheirexhibitscandosothrutheSuperintendentoftheDepartment.In caseananimalorarticlehasnotbeenentered,thejudgemustnotawardapremiumorhaveitenteredafter entriesclose.Noconsiderationshouldbegivenbythejudgetoanyarticletowhichtheentrytagisnot attached.Whenjudgeshavereasontodoubtthepedigreeofanyanimalorbird,orthepresentationmadeon anyarticle,theymustreportatoncetotheSuperintendentofthatDepartment,whowillgathersuchevidence ashecanattheSecretary’sofficeorbyothermethods.Whereexhibitshavebeenerroneouslyentered,the judgesmayhavethesamecorrectedbyanEntryClerkbeforetheyjudgetheclass,butnotafter.Noadditions toorchangesintheJudge’sRecordshallbemadebyanypersonexceptanEntryClerk.Thedecisionofthe judgesshallbefinalinallclasses. AdvertisingRestrictions.Undernocircumstanceswillanypersonorfirmbeallowedtoplaceanyadvertising matteruponbuildings,trees,orotherplacesonthegrounds,norwilltheybepermittedtodistributeadvertising matteroutsidetheplaceassignedtothem.
