Industry leading timelines for development approvals and investment decisions. • Tax Increment Financing (TIF): Helps finance infrastructure needs with the recovery of financing captured through the property and education taxes realized through additional development. Supports the import, storing and re-exporting of goods without paying duties and taxes until point of sale.
