Our Requirements
Important Notice:
• For safety reasons, your height should be at least 158cm (for
female) or 165cm (for male);
• Minimum age of 18 years old;
• Diploma & above
• Ability to converse in English is a must;
• Having Japanese / Korean Languages ability will be
advantageous
• Willing to relocate to Singapore.

Role of Cabin Crew
• Taking care of our guests onboard the flight
• Providing inflight sales of food and beverages,
merchandise, duty-free
• Preparing inflight meals and beverages
• During emergencies, evacuate passengers on safely and
security needs
• Brand ambassadors of Scoot
Trainings & Training Bond

All Cabin Crews will be put through a series of training that is related to
– Safety procedure
– Emergency procedure
– Service standard
Estimated 2 months
– Products knowledge
– Scoot culture
There will be a Training Bond to be undertake by all crews which will bond them during the
training period (about 2 months) and subsequently for 12 months after training at
S$5000.

Cabin Crew Remuneration Package

2 years renewal contract
Gross salary of about S$2200 – S$2400 when flying (estimated at 90-95
hours per month) including Basic Salary of S$700
• Inflight meals provided
• 18 days paid annual leave (including public holidays
• Flexi Spending Account - S$550 per annum (for medical, dental, optical
claims, etc)
• Group Hospital & Surgical Insurance (Local & Overseas)
• Travel Benefits - Unlimited Concessional Travel on all Scoot
destinations for employees and dependents (up to maximum 4 travel
beneficiaries)
All the above are of same package as local cabin crew.
Free one way ticket from Taipei to Singapore to start work;
Support from Singapore Recruitment Agency to help on relocation to Singapore and all
pre-employment administration.

• Allocated with $550 worth of credits per annum from 1st April to 31st
March every year.
• Employees decide on what benefits they required
• Selling of max of 3 days of unused annual leave for credits.
