Purity plus density: the latest Optisieve high density Molecular Sieves can accommodate

For Activated Carbon, there is life after life. Activated Carbon
will purify, filter, eliminate over a decade or more. When it is spent, it is recycled
into new Activated Carbon, for a new application: once used to eliminate solvents
for example, it will now trap fumes,… before eventually ending up as compost.
A fitting journey for a natural, inert raw material that can be regenerated in situ,
thousands of time.
Lifetime, waste reduction, reduction of emissions into the air: the overall balance
is more than positive.

As part of its commercial approach, CECA includes waste treatment where possible.
The ultra pure phosphoric acid used to strip electronic chips is in fact recycled for metal
treatment. For some surface treatment acids (stripping of copper surfaces), CECA
purifies this acid so that it can be used again. The process is optimised therefore, and
the customer does not need to dispose of the product in a landfill.
For the chemical nickel-plating of metal parts and hard disks, CECA supplies ready-to-use
waterborne solutions. With energy savings and non-existent waste, this is economic and
ecological progress.
