System Overview
ROUTINE IMMUNIZATION MONITORING SOFTWARE(RIMS)
is a centralized web based application for improving immunization state of children and pregnant women
through monitoring service of RIMS.

Acronyms and Abbreviations
RIMS - Routine Immunization Monitoring Software
IP – Internet Protocol. A number address that is unique for every computer on a network.
LAN – Local Area Network. This is a network of computers that are located in close vicinity.
MsSQL – This is a SQL database used to store all information .

System Configuration
Each USER uses their own computer running Windows OS. On those computers is the client application
that will connect to a central web application running Windows and SQL database software. All RIMS
computers are connected to the internet. Those who don’t have internet connection will fill the .xls
created for them then upload to the app.

User Access Levels
There are five different types of users as depicted in the image above. Admin Users are zilla parishad
Kolhapur employee who have authority to view and manage all district data.TALUKA LEVEL
Employees refer to employees who have permission to view and manage records for particular taluka ,
but not change any of them beyond 30 days . PHC LEVEL Employees refer to employees who have
permission to view and manage records for particular PHC , but not change any of them beyond 15 days .
SUB/PHC LEVEL Employees refer to employees who have permission to view and manage records for
particular SUB/PHC , but not change any of them beyond 7 days .

The vaccine who’s count is null or zero fill it as 0 or left it blank
