We viewed with some consternation the issuance by

level of the election carapaiifn. We felt that it would no
longer be possible to maintain our policy of not making an
editorial statement on the elections in view of thhs. We
condemn the practice and would aa heartily condemn similar action by the Beaver party or any other group. Although
we cannot endoiKe either slate we feel we should now state
