It is beautifully presented, with imperious taste and style, having been renovated throughout and enjoys panoramic sea views. The property is particularly well placed, being located just behind the sea wall, immediately adjoining the beach and adjacent to the town tennis courts. All of the facilities of this vibrant and bustling town are within easy access and offer a purchaser stylish seafront living. MAIN HOUSE Inside, the house is arranged over four floors, with bay windows to the lower ground and ground floors, a veranda/balcony to the first floor and a stunning picture window to the second floor, giving unrivalled views over the adjoining shoreline. The current owner has been responsible for returning the house back in to one residence and has used this process to accomplish a magical feel. It retains much of its original character and appeal, but now has a light and contemporary feel. From the raised ground floor, steps leads to a part glazed door with rectangular fan light opening to a hall with stripped floors, staircase to lower ground floor and first floor and doors leading to three bedrooms and bathroom. The bedrooms on this floor are all of a good size with features including a bay window, former fireplace, white painted floor and with a half glazed door to a balcony overlooking the rear garden. The bathroom on this floor is particularly attractive with sky blue metro tiles, a fitted enamel bath with shower mixer, high level WC and basin. On the lower ground floor, the open plan accommodation comprises a dining room, kitchen and rear lobby with shower room/utility room off. There are travertine floors, a wood burner, a door giving access to the front, together with built in cupboards. The kitchen has a range of units including granite worktops and a granite island/breakfast bar, together with space for a range, whilst the shower room/utility room includes a tiled shower cubicle, basin, WC and space and plumbing for washing machine. The first floor offers a lovely bright space and is reached off the landing by a stripped floor, leading to the principal reception room. This drawing room is a really super room with excellent proportions, a wood burner with stone hearth, a stripped floor and a balcony/veranda with painted balustrade. With double French doors, this gives the most enviable view. Completing the first floor, there is a well-appointed bathroom with travertine floor, free standing stone composite bath, basin, WC and door to a further balcony overlooking the rear of the property. There is also a further double bedroom, with fitted cupboard.
