Senior Health Fair
September 26, 8:30 – 12:00
Eagle County Paramedic Building, 1055 Edwards
Village Blvd., Edwards
Eagle County Paramedic Services and Eagle
County Healthy Aging will host a Health Fair
specifically for seniors with a variety of health
screenings to participate in as well as an
opportunity to learn the results of blood work
(prior blood draw appointment required).

EVSL Senior Spot
Mondays & Thursdays
1:00 – 4:00 pm
The Senior Spot offers a place for
individuals 55 and older to connect
with others and engage in fun,
meaningful, and safe activities. The
program is designed to promote
emotional and cognitive abilities for a
better quality of life. The Senior Spot
also offers a respite opportunity for
caregivers.
Activities include crafts, cooking,
music, brain games and fitness. For

Thursdays, 1:30 – 2:15 pm

and endurance, improve your balance,
stretch and flex while you move with
music and have fun! Suggested
donation $2.00 per class

Eagle County Healthy
Aging Program
Senior Community Meals: Provides meals of the
highest quality while addressing the nutritional
needs of older adults, 60 years or better.
Reservations must be made 24 hrs in advance.
Home Delivered Meals: Home-delivered meals
2x/each week to homebound adults over the age
of 60 and disabled adults over the age of 18 at all
Eagle County Senior lunch sites.
Health and Wellness: The Healthy Aging
program supports fitness classes throughout Eagle
County. Most classes request a small fee or
voluntary donation for those 60 and older.
