Your Relocation Assistance office helps alleviate some stresses involved
with the PCS Move. The Lending Locker provides basic housekeeping
items for temporary loan to incoming and families while household
goods are in transit. Lending locker items include: basic kitchen
equipment, dining “game table” with chairs, air mattresses (all sizes),
television, microwave oven, toaster oven, rice cooker, car seat, play

Coping with Work and Family Stress is a 12 session evidenced based
course. The goal of this set of classes is to teach individuals how to
develop and apply effective coping strategies to deal with stressors at
work and at home.
Triple P is an evidenced based program that gives parents simple tips
to help manage the big and small problems of family life. Problems
like toddler tantrums, teenage rebellion, self-esteem issues, bedtime
battles, disobedience, or aggression.
