Location
Doncaster is located in the heart of Yorkshire to east of Junctions 36 and 37 of the A1(M) and

Danum House is situated in Doncaster town centre at the junction of Duke Street, Printing
Office Street and St Sepulchre Gate.
One of the main entrances to the Frenchgate Shopping Centre, the town’s principal shopping

Description
The property is of steel frame construction with elevations of decorative brickwork and panels
at the front of the building and rendered brickwork at the rear of the property. The roofs are
all flat with an asphalt finish.
The property was constructed in the 1930’s in an art deco style with an internal refurbishment
programme completed in 2000. This Grade II listed property is arranged over basement, ground
and four upper floors. The basement, together with the majority of the ground floor and first
